Uncomfortable bed with worn out mattresses, and very hard pillows - like stones.

Good location, close to the train station. The room was clean. The breakfast was coffee with a croissant which is not worth to order.

(1) Dirty kettle. We only discovered the 2nd day that it was moldy and we’ve already got water and drank from it (2) Went inside our room on the 2nd day when we were outside to change bedspread. But we didn’t ask for someone to come inside to change beddings etc. We had used mugs so they should have washed and changed those also then if they wanted to clean the room.

Very old needs major facelift. No a/c remote. So no a/ c! Only one coffee mug. No tea No milk only one sachet of instant coffee. No WiFi details. No reply to our messages at all!!

The power socket didn't work on one side of the bed, and there's no rug inside, or in front of the shower. Also, the wifi on the door did not work, although we didn't ask about it either.

Central location in an easy-to-find street full of trees, in walking distance from the train station. The room was neat and tidy, with regular cleaning. Our host was polite and kind.

It had everything that was needed. It is in a comfortable location, about 30 minutes from the Coloseum but only 5 from the station.

Traffic noise outside the property is unavoidable, however, its proximity to public transportation exceeded this drawback. The mattress was uncomfortable in that coils could be felt while lying in it.

B&B Meret is literally 2 blocks from Roma Termini train station which meant we could easily walk to and from the property. Too, just outside the train station is a major bus staging area from which we boarded a Hop On Hop Off bus. These two features made B&B Meret an ideal location for us as we were on foot and reliant on public transportation to get around Rome.

The owner does not reply to messages, and it is not clear when she can be reached. Although I had indicated in advance that I would like an invoice, she did not reply. At check-in she promised to send it, but although I sent several messages afterwards, and even reminded her by email and text message, she did not reply to any of them and did not send the bill.

The accommodation is near Termini train station, well equipped and clean.

The rooms may need renovations and the flushing is too loud. Extra cost for air conditioning. TV is a little small.

Exceptionally close to Roma termini. Rooms are decent.

You couldn’t place anything into the toilet such as toilet paper, this had to be thrown in a bin next to the toilet otherwise the toilet would clog. The keys to access the doors up to the apartment were difficult.

Location was fabulous and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was neat and appliances worked well.

The location was good and even owner was kind enough to leave our luggage for extra few hours, but room was very small and so was washroom. And it needs some repair work as well.

Had to pay at the arrival it didn’t work to autopay before arrival.The room is close to street so its a bit noisy if you open the window’s. The fridge was quite noisy it needs to be fixed.

The Lady is very kind even though i only saw her at checkin, location is perfect near the train and bus station (Roma Termini).The room is clean and simple nothing luxurious.

Poor communication, we could't contact her by phone or messages before arrival. The payment was done in person when we arrived, not deducted automatically as advertised.

The location of B&B Meret is really good near to the train station and metro/bus station. The bed was comfortable. The host lady was really kind and informative on arrival. As opposed to the other criticisms, we had hot water, but we had to wait a few minutes until cold turned to hot, but no big deal.

The toilets could have been improved a bit. The room is ok. Nothing luxurious.
