Spacious room 4 minutes away from Cenisio station. It was very easy to get about our stuff while we stayed in the hotel. Early check in wasn’t available, but staff was nice and allow us to leave our luggage while we explored Milan

The lift almost trapped us inside it and it was required force by use to open the door and escape

The breakfast was good, but an employee stood a bit weird looking at us while picking up the food, I guess it was morning and he was sleepy

I was missing kettle in the room to make a coffee and tea. Lack of possibility to buy a coffee at the reception with a card.

Unfortunately one pillowcase was dirty. Seeing as it is a B&B hotel I was expecting a kettle etc in the room however there wasn't. Do feel it was a little overpriced for what you get. Can hear a lot of noise from the hallway, everything ecos. Window very unsafe. It opens very wide and no safety locks. You'd think a room that high up the windows wouldn't open or only open a small amount.

Comfortable bed, lovely view and good sized bathroom. Room had a small fridge and plenty of storage space for a few nights stay. Little shopping bit downstairs to get a drink and some snacks. Location is quite out the way, good 30 minute walk into the town area. Nicely decorated room.

If i knew the hotel is in the same location with a night club downstairs, i would have to consider staying here. Especially if you are a light sleeper. I stayed in the hotel when the weather is quiet warm and the airco is centralised. I could open the window to have a breeze air for the room. But with the loud music downstairs from the night club, i kept the windows closed. Even with the windows closed, you can still hear the music pumping. And also, you can hear people in the corridor talking as well when they pass your room

Its a good location from Garibaldi station (if you come from Malpensa Airport) and also from Milano Train Station (if you come from Linate or Bergamo airport). The room is pretty clean and tidy.

Shower wasn't the best, water didn't drain well, but it wasn't too bad.

Clean and simple room with small fridge, nice big windows, hairdryer and tv. Everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. Also has a little drinks and snacks shop down in the lobby. Not close to the city but it was a nice area, close to public transport, some shops and restaurants. There is a club downstairs too.

While manageable via the metro, the location doesn't have much to offer nearby on foot and feels quite industrial. We did manage to walk to a restaurant on our first night and found a lovely cafe (Cenisio 7 Bar) nearby for breakfast, but you need a car or a metro ticket to get around. We also had a small problem: the above-head shower fixture was loose and fell out when we first used it. Admittedly, we didn't report this to reception but did leave the broken fixture visible in the bathroom, hoping the cleaner would notice and fix it, but they never did. It didn't cause a huge problem, but it could be handled by checking the rooms more thoroughly between guests.

A nice, modern hotel in a quiet area of Milan. Although it's not very central, there is a handy metro station (Cenisio) just across the road - from Milano Centrale, you can take the Green M2 line north to Garibaldi, then the purple M5 to Cenisio (2 stops on each line), it takes about 15 minutes in total. We had a lovely room on the 7th floor (702). Rooms are reasonable and modern, with good air conditioning, pleasant mood lighting and a decent shower/bathroom. The staff were friendly and our room was serviced daily, including fresh towels (even though we hung them up to reuse and they advertise eco-friendly). At reception, they sell water, soft drinks, alcohol and snacks at quite reasonable prices, which is handy if you arrive and need some supplies but don't want to hunt for a shop.

Small rooms, ONLY ONE Plug point in the entire room. Basic facilities. Could hear the club? Bar outside - loud music during the night.

Functional room, comfortable beds. Near a metro and a tram stop which was very convenient. Staff kept our stuff safe after check out.

Shower had some trouble draining the water (not too bad though) and acoustics were pretty bad. Only 2 electric outlets.

Great value and location. Tidy hotel and necessities are taken care of. Clean room and comfy bed. Super accurate breakfast description in posters around the place. Breakfast was also great value.
