Thin walls make it a little noisy when people come through the hallway, or when cleaning staff come through in the morning. Not a lot you can do about this, but buy ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Perectly located in the very center. Dominico is a gteat host, very helpful, thanks to him we have discovered a few nice restos around. Comfortable and clean rooms in an appartment with shared with other guests kittchen.

the room is just under the roof, which makes it quite dark and hot. the pictures shown when booking are quite realistic - so we got what we booked

quite big room extremely well located in via Toledo very close the the metro. the staff has been very nice and helpful - it was great to be able to leave our bags in the B&B before the check in and after the checkout. overall good value for money

the access to the room is difficult with a pram and small child, plus luggage. there is no lift and we had to walk in through a small door within a door ( luckily the yo-yo fit through the small door), then up some marble steps, then a narrow set of steps. our room was at the top so we had to then climb steps to the loft. we got used to it but when I was on my own with my toddler, and being 5 months pregnant, it was tricky. for those without children I think this is a perfect room to stay in.

Isolation was non-existent. We didn't care much about the noises on the streets (As we know Italians drive the motorcycles :) ) but the noises of the other guests (after 2 am) kept us awake for way too long.

Probably the best starting point to discover Naples. Simply at Toledo metro station. Fantastic hosts Ivan and Mimmo. Always willing to support! Very clean apartment.

Breakfast was set up every morning by Ivan. It was very diverse and very good with fresh fruit and home made cake. The room and bathroom were clean. Location was very good and convenient. I highly recommend.

Good location near to station or to walk everywhere. The person who welcomed us was friendly, and gave us recommendations of what to do and where to go, eat, really helpful and willing to share. The room was comfortable. We couldn't have the breakfast as we had to depart early to the airport. Sadly we only stayed one night.

Delicious breakfasts and conversations made the mornings enjoyable. The location is perfect, you can explore the whole city on foot. Clean, quiet, and cozy. The hosts gave lots of recommendations on what to do, where to eat, and how to have a good time in Naples. I recommend it to everyone with all my heart!!!

There was no breakfast included! The B&B is misleading. The room was very small and smelled like sulphur (egg), presumably coming from the drainage system in the bathroom, we had to keep the separation door (room+ensuite) permanently closed due to the foul smell. The kitchen area is communal, perhaps I didn't pay too much attention to the details on this place when booking but I assumed from the images that we were getting a small studio, which wasn't the case. It is just a small double room (with ensuite, thankfully!) in a shared accommodation-like set up. For the price we paid per night I expected a bit more.

Good location! Not too close to the old town, but within walking distance. The area had some nice restaurants and a great craft beer and wine around the corner!

WE occupied the first room in the corridor. Very noisy at night late and very soon in the morning. The restaurant welcome people late and they clean the place around 7.30 am. Impossible to stay in the bed! WE were tired in the morning. Lack of sleep.

Inside the b&b, all is fine. Except the breakfast, not tasty. But there IS a very nice cafétéria when you walk to the port. The location is perfect. The bed IS comfortable. Thé room IS Cleaned every day. Mimmo is available.
