We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SloveniaI didn't like the kitchen equipment...just the cutlery set, without kitchen utensil set, bread knife, grater, strainer, poor dinnerware, just four different glassware.
I liked the quiet location, close to Verona, Gardaland. The apartment was clean, comfortable, big enough...free WiFi, free parking space.

AustraliaThe refrigerator was full of mould so I had to clean it out before using it. There were dead bugs on the floor and a lot of flies and mosquitoes outside. Very few instructions in English. The host showed us our room but did not explain where to find blankets, the WiFi password nor how the heating works. We had to ask, and also request a plug for the toaster. All this could have been avoided if there were better instructions given to us. We also expected parking to be inside the property not outside. This was one of the most expensive bookings we've had throughout Italy and we were disappointed
The studio itself has a rustic ambience yet modern and updated. Spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. Table with small stools to sit at. Lovely modern and generous sized bathroom. To reach the studio you must go around the side of the building and enter a door and climb 2 sets of stairs to reach the corridor. It is quite dark and car parking is outside the gated building. So you must carry luggage through an entrance gate, around the pathway, unlock another door into the building, climb the stairs and go along the corridor to your room. It is a peaceful area and rural. A good one night stopover for us but rather expensive considering the location and lack of explanation about the facilities.
