The owner of this property was a very genuine and sweet lady, though she couldn't speak english we were still able to comunicate with her very well. She helped us with all our enquires which made our stay great. Futhermore, the outside space of this accommodation was beautiful, it was decorated with plants and the walls were painted a bright yellow colour. Lastly, I would like to mention that all the facilites were very clean (e.g bathroom).

Everything was great! It's the 3rd or 4th time I stayed at this location. Very convenient for transit, as it is very close to the highway. Parking in the yard, great breakfast. The host very nice and gentle every time. The room has air conditioning, very important in Italy in the summer as it gets really hot. A great yard when you can enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend it!

I can't find negative aspects especially for the price. It happened to be on my work trip and probably that location would not have been interesting for nothing else but I didn't investigate.

Everything was to our liking. Our hostess was helpful and friendly. Our bedroom and bathroom were both spacious. The breakfast room was just down the hall. It was the perfect location to explore the area where my mother grew up.

The only thing I didn't like was big barel like stiff pillow, so even while the bed was comfy I didn't slept quite well, next time I would take my own pillow.

It was clean, host was nice, shower was good, we had a private parking place in the closed yard, bad was good and the breakfast was nice too.

The owner was very nice. We communicated via google translate (he doesn't speak English, but that's okay). The room was clean, corresponded to the description. The breakfast was perfect (you can choose sweet or salty breakfast). Parking is in the yard with a gate (included in the price).

I couldn't find anything I didn't like. The accommodation is small, but I knew that in advance.

We were welcomed by a very nice host lady (we chatted with Google Translate). You can see that they care a lot about the accommodation, everything was in the best shape. Quiet, secluded place, which is why it is a good place to relax. The room is small but nice. The bunk bed was loved by the kids. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I heartily recommend it to everyone.

All was good

The lady that owns the B&B was so nice and kind. She waited for us even if we arrived later than anticipated, she had patience to help us with th AC in the room to set it on cold even if it was late at night and woke up early in the morning to make a delicious breakfast for us before our early departure. Our dog was also welcomed. The place is clean and has a beautiful garden. We highly recommend it!

Loved this place, Rita has no English but is good with google translate. Access to kitchen and fridge, good coffee machine with nice pods. Enjoyed breakfast, we chose "salty", good quality sliced hams and salami with cheese and fresh bread rolls. Coffee, tea and juice. Very well-appointed accommodation. In a rural area, if a cockerel is not part of your wake up, close the window and use air-con. Immaculately clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights for rest and relaxation. Lovely garden and outlook. Would stay again.

We spent a night here on our way to Tuscany, and we were so happy with this decission. The place is clean and cute, the host is so friendly and made sure we are relaxed and happy. Breakfast was good and we left in a very good mood from this place. In the evening the host recommended a pizza place nearby, it's 5 minutes away (on foot) and has very good pizza. The room was large and WiFi is excellent. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Fantastic place and an exceptional staff. Very clean and accommodating. The lady running this B&B was very professional, friendly and had creat tips regarding the area. The room was spacious with comfy bed and we'll equipped bathroom. The breakfast was a 5 star. Highly recommended
