Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomCan't really think of anything, maybe the view which one can't really do much about!! only had to go a short distance for amazing views in Sorento and Capri!
The owner greeted us with all the keys we had 2 apartments with small kitchenettes and one apartment with a small fridge catered exactly to our requirements. Initially we though the location was a bit out of the way of shops then discovered a great supermarket 10 minutes away, a brilliant Roast Chicken shop and a fresh bread shop just nest door and really cheap!! The location was excellent not busy 2 minutes walk to the train station that took us directly to Naples and Sorrento 2 stops away from Pompei. The price for the stay was well worth it!

PolandThe location was perfect, situated in a peaceful area but still within easy reach of local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met and providing helpful tips about the local area. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a comfortable bed and high-speed Wi-Fi. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, making me feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Italy. It truly offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Italian hospitality.

United KingdomWasn’t aware the kitchen was shared before arriving, the location doesn’t really have much around it so for food etc you would have to go to the next town on (we found pompei or sorrento was easiest). Bit confusing to check in/ check out
Lovely little place, right next to train station which has lines to Pompei, Sorrento and Naples Centre. Room was clean and tidy, nice bathroom, comfy bed.

SpainBreakfast (inclueded ) was not very healthy ( hahaha ). Just sweet things and no variety, coffee and tea. But for the room price was more than ok. There were some plates , cups and other kitchen stuff placed inside the cupboards that were dirty. Although the location of the apartment was amazing because it was just behind the train station of Torre Anunziata (Oplonti) and it was easy and fast to take a train to get to several places ( Pompeya, Sorrento, Naples ...) , the city of Oplonti was not as expected. Extremely dirty and dark city. Nothing to see here. You feel not very secure neither. It's a very very cheap option if you are not afraid of walking through dirty and dark streets , where cars and motorbikes drivers are more than crazy ( actually in all Italy, but here even worse ).
It is an apartment and you have your own room with bathroom. We sahred the kitchen with another guests from just another room ( only two rooms in the apartment). The room was really clean and comfy. It has a big new TV on the wall. The bathroom was ok, nice water pressure. The kicthen was very nice and all new. The owner of the appartment was incredibly helpful and kind. She explained everything concerning the apartment very clear.

NetherlandsBreakfast is terrible. It’s in plastic wrapped croissants that’s been laying there for quite some time. Kitchen is there but it’s only allowed to use for breakfast because of the smell for other rooms.
The room is big and clean. Comfortable beds and a nice shower. Airconditioning working properly, beach is 2 km walk away.

An amazing property. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Private bathroom with a shared kitchen with one other room, but everything was well kept and secure. The B&B was very close to the metro/train line so there were very good connections to the Pompeii ruins, Sorrento, Naples and other areas. The host was lovely and very kindly let us check in rather late, as our train didn’t get in until half nine at night. She also kept in contact throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed, which really added value to our stay.

United KingdomWould have been good to have coffee making facilities in the room rather than in the kitchen as if you haven’t booked out both rooms, you don’t want to have to get dressed in the morning to make an early morning drink in case the other guests are around.
The Vesuviano train station is five minutes walk away taking you to Pompeii and through to Naples in one direction, and Sorrento in the other. A ten minute walk to the main shopping street of Torre Annunziata. Beach area within twenty minutes walk. Amelia the host is friendly and accommodating. Fully equipped kitchen so you don’t need to rely on eating out.

Franceall was great
Very welcoming host and the place is incredibly clean, the communication was easy to get to the place and have the keys. The rooms are close to Oplonti Archeological ruins and to the train station to reach Pompei in 10 minutes. I had a perfect stay at this B&B!

LatviaFor the price we wanted something more. Bed squeaked on one side. Shared kitchen with another guests, luckily nobody booked room next to us. Hard to find parking. Breakfast was only bread, nuttela, jam and buns.
Very nice staff, but place was just okey. Neighbourhood was nice, good restaurants 15 min walked. Close to beach, kids playground. Bakery and fruit shop.
