The location of the hotel was really great for us. We were able use transportation easily and we walked a lot too. Building was historical but inside was so modern and fresh. We fell in love with the bathroom especially because we were three people and we were suspicious whether it was narrow or not. Fortunately it was really huge and large. And also we were so lucky about Eleonora, she was so nice, kind and helpful for us about everything that we asked her. We would like thank her a lot again.

No complaints. Just a suggestion. Although there is a well equipped communal kitchenette , a kettle in the room would have been a nice touch.

The keys to the main door downstairs were a bit fiddly. Couldn’t call to buzz myself in maybe because I had an international number but I had to use a key and it as a struggle to get in. Other than that there was no issue.

The location was amazing. Was in the central of everything so I was able to walk to all the activities and restaurants I wanted to go to. The room was also really clean. Importantly I was comfortable throughout my stay

Just the fact that there were to many scales even though it was on the third floor of the building (an old roman one so it is very comon and normal this thing) and the elevator only covered 2 floors but was really small and soooo slow.

I liked very much the room and the bathroom. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfy. The guy that accomodated me, waiting for my arrival and helping with the luggage, Naseeb Khalid, was very kind, helpful and always available

No real negatives! Nice to be able to make tea and coffee in the room, a little milk would have been welcome. Breakfast is a cellophane wrapped croissant, but there are plenty of great places right on the doorstep. Yes, it's up some flights of stairs, so less suitable if you have lots of luggage, but totally doable if you only have one suitcase.

Great location, the B&B is a little bolthole right in the town centre, clean and well appointed. Great communications via WhatsApp with our host, Sara, very clear directions and instructions. Also fab that we could leave our luggage in storage the next day.

Extremely frustrating that every time we left the room, when we returned the air conditioner had been turned off and windows opened. I understand this is done because of the cost but the mosquitos in Italy are NO JOKE and there were so many in the room every day because of this and they take massive chunks out of you. Obviously the mosquitos are not the host fault but them being in our room was and that was quite disappointing.

Super easy to access by public transit, and a bit off the beaten track but still close to everything! The area was probably one of the least busy areas we encountered in Rome and that alone made it wonderful. Everywhere we went on foot we could get to within about 45 minutes so don't be fooled and stay somewhere closer to the Colosseum- that area is a disaster and filled with tourists but where we were was much quieter. Our host was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and relatively a good size compared to other places in Italy.

Breakfast consisted of packages croissants in the bedroom. There are a couple of small grocery stores nearby, and a bar close by with fresh pastries and fresh juices. There is also a cafe downstairs that had fresh croissants and fresh juices.

The location could not have been better. Next to Campo di Fiori and close to Piazza Navona. There was a common room where you could make a coffe or tea. Quiet room. Sara was very helpful if you needed anything.

disconnect between booking check out time (11am) and actual check out time (10am). we were happy with the italian breakfast (a prepacked croissant and coffee) but the breakfast pictures on booking should be taken down because there is no other breakfast provided.

fantastic location and very friendly staff (cleaning lady and a second lady who meets you for check in). we had the deluxe room (#2) which was quiet even with windows open apart from the odd bit of noise (but then you are in downtown rome). opportunity to leave luggage after checkout

Nothing all great

Great location right near Campo Di Fiori where there is so much choice in great food. Beautiful clean room with spacious bathroom. Nice to have ammenities like coffee, tea and biscuits provided. Host generously allowed us to leave bags while we had time before departing Rome. Small lift for those that can’t take the stairs as it is 3rd floor. Would stay here again.

Incredible location, beautiful modern, spacious rooms with a nice communal breakfast area. It was close to great restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, bus stops, and walking distance to all the big tourist attractions.
