Alessandro (Owner) is a very likeable guy, nothing is too much trouble for him and he serves a great breakfast. Panoramic Rooms is in a great location and is very clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of a very interesting archeological park and of course, Syracuse and Ortigia. We also used it as a base for travelling up/down the east coast which was ideal.

The people upstairs in residential apartments were noisy, but it was quiet from 11 pm.

Roomy and had a large communal lounge. It was very quiet in the evenings.

Nothing, all was better than expected!

The best place during our 10 days travel in Sicily so far. The host Alessandro deserves 20 out of 10! Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was very good. Breakfast was good. Location it great. With three very interesting sites, just 5 minutes away, good restaurants in the neighbourhood, it is still a calm location with great parking options. Walk to the city centre, and Ortigia is 30 min, but a lot of interesting places on the way. I would recommend this apartment for those who travel with the car.

This was our best stay in Sicily! Alessandro, the host was very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was just perfect. Room and bathroom spatios and clean and well equipped. Great view from the balcony. Free parking available. Overall great stay!

Alessandro waited for us until we arrived at 01:15 due to delayed flight. He was very nice and the breakfast was great. Nice host, comfortable room, close to the archeological area (10 min walking). Parking available.

The breakfast was more than plentiful. We felt that he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable.

Nothing really, for this price you get a perfect experience.

The highlight of the room was our amazing host who made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. Great location if you travel by car, lots of free parking right in front of the building. Walking distance from the Neapolis Archaeological Park. The old city center is a bit further, about 30 minutes, but very doable. The room is nice, tidy and overall just what you need.

Our stay in Syracuse was absolutely fantastic! The apartment's location in a great neighborhood with ample parking was a big plus, as we could easily explore the archaeological museum and park within walking distance. The host's kindness and the apartment's pristine, cozy, and modern ambiance made it a perfect home away from home. Highly recommended!

We had a long day of travel a head of us and wanted to set of as early as possible, unfortunately breakfast was delayed by an hour causing us to delay. The host was very apologetic and kind . That’s life sometime . Just a little frustrating
