Had to wait 2hrs once I arrived to receive the check in information to enter the property. Information on breakfast was also only received after breakfast had concluded on the first day.

The room was very clean and everything I needed for 3 nights. Bathrooms are shared but separate for men and women and really clean. Communal kitchen and small basics provided. Location is a bit out of the city centre but bus was really easy. Breakfast was simple (pastry and coffee or juice) which is typical for Italy.

Nothing to add really. To note Location is further away than main tourist centre but there is a good bus service and I walked everywhere still just takes 25-50mins to get to attractions/boat trip

Gisella the owner was very helpful throughout and kindly let me check in early and it was much appreciated. The property is clean , good communal areas and shower. The beds are really comfy and the rooms great value for money

The fact that we didn't get our towels changed for a stay of 5 days. We couldn't cook anything. We thought since it's a B&B, we would have had the possibility of cooking something but that wasn't the case. I think stuff like this should be added to the description.

Place was very nice and everything you could need for a stay in Cagliari. Gisella the host was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

The room was untidy. Spots of snot or drooling on sheets. There was also sand. I sent a photo and a complaint to the host - they wrote, it can't be and it's okay to have a stain. We probably have a different understanding of normality. The bathroom was very dirty, trampled with shoes, disgusted to come in. The shell is splattered with snot. I regret spending the night there. For the same money, there were a lot of options with normal rooms or apartments, not a dirty dorm with rude staff. I don't recommend it strictly.

The guy at the cafe where the breakfast was very welcoming. But that has nothing to do with Pascal.

Definitely too expensive for what you get. No staff working there, the breakfast is a few of the cheapest packaged products you can find at the supermarket (mini "bread", juice, yogurt...) the coffee machine is not working. There's a bathroom in common for all the guests, without anything to hang a towel or put down your clothes and toiletry.

It was clean. I only went there because I didn't find any place to sleep last minute. Some of the worst-spent money of my life.

Check-in arranged for 5pm but nobody was present to meet us and no instructions to enter the establishment. No indication of which floor the rooms were on so we had to stop the lift on every floor. After 30 minutes, an email and a text message, we received a message to enter and what room. We had to send photocopies of our ID, leave the money for the city tax in the room and we didn't see any one in charge of the apartments. Breakfast was just left on a table in the kitchen and no idea how many people were there and if everyone had already eaten.

Generally clean and comfortable stay fairly close to the centre.

The breakfast is really good. Delicious cakes. Also you can tell the host really cares about the apartment, everything is perfectly clean and well maintained - lots of attention and hard work. The room was good for two people, very comfortable. Air conditioning and bathroom facilities are perfect. Also very well equipped gym that has a lovely terrace with a view. Communication with the host is perfect - she is very nice! I would recommend this place for sure, we really enjoyed our stay.

1. As per instruction given, it was nothing like that. The host told me that I can find the keys in the box which was not there. I couldn't enter because no one was opening the door. I waited like crazy person for more than 1 hours thank god the other guest come so I went with them. 2. The Internet was not working. I told the host and she said she can't do anything about it. 3. Breakfast will be only coffee which tastes like hell and one croissant and some fruit. That's it. 4. The place is far away from city centre. You need car or taxi to go to the city centre. I will suggest give some more money and book another place. This place sucks.

Well the only thing is AC was working during summer.
