The lift was difficult to use at first so we had seven flights of stairs to climb. Important to note that the accommodation is not the whole building but on the 3rd floor.

Industrial breakfast, even the bread and brioches (such a pity being in Italy!), industrial orange juice, no fruit. Only interaction with staff/manager was via phone/mail. Not a homey feeling BandB, but ok for 1 or 2 nights.

Clean room, with 2 single beds, comfortable, private bathroom with shower opposite the room (opens/closes with key). Super clear informations on how to get there. 12/15 min walk to the station, very close to nice squares and restaurants.

As it is right at the Piazza Goldoni, it remains quite noisy until late and early in the morning too.

Central location, value for money. Food was pretty good, staff was professional and room and Hotel was tidy and clean. All the Places of interests within city were accessible by foot in 15-20 mins including Bus and Train station.

I loved the location, but at night street vehicle traffic noise is very, very loud. You can hear the motorcycles and emergency vehicles alarm as if they were inside the room, even in the third floor. Elevator is kind of antique and has its trick. I was locked inside until by a chance, other guests showed. There was no one in the building to hear me calling for help. The bed mattress is thin and uncomfortable. Also the sheet covering it was extremely thin.

Too much noise from the outside, location next to a busy street WiFi connection was bad, I had to use my data all the time.

It was a windy day, and the room window shook and hit the whole night, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom door should not be glass. Even considering the glass is not fully transparent, it is not very private.

Great staff and location. The place is comfortable, and the building puts us inside historical Italy.

It’s dark in the sitting/breakfast room. Shower door was not easy to handle as well as the room curtains. No place by the sink to put private cream, toilet article.

Location was super, housekeeper was very kind and helpful but not English speaking we managed with other guests help. building and furniture is old but clean, bath was new but installation was not perfect and soap/shampoo supplies was very limited. Breakfast was ok, tea and coffee and cake was available all day for free. It ok for 1/2 overnight stay.

Everything was great!

We liked everything, the staff were amazing, nothing was too much. The view onto the main piazza with a balcony was fantastic and we had 2 great breakfast. We will definitely go back one day.

was self service check in and it was nearly impossible to find the property. had to get assistance from a local lady and spent one hour trying to find the property, but overall, it was all very good
