Nothing, everything was perfect!

Very nice newly renovated B&B just 10 minutes walk from Pisa Tower. Spotlessly clean and very nice rooms, beds super comfortable and a variety of pillows to choose from. A huge plus was a little refrigerator with freezer in the rooms, so appreciated. The host was so welcoming and nice, but doesn´t speak that much English. A nice little backyard and a Coop as the next door neighbour, very conventient.

I was not sure how to get in when I arrived. Better directions or instructions could have helped.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Gianna is a very kind and helpful host. The accommodation is new and nicely furnished, everything is very clean. The Tower of Pisa and the Duomo are a few minutes walk away. I would love to go back anytime 🙂

No much.... If there was one small point I would make is that when the sofa bed is used it would be nice to have a soft-lit side light. In that room you only have the main room light which is strong and bright.

The breakfast was excellent. There were many of the items you expect to see but I loves the local cakes and delicacies that were also available. In addition the hosts were able to accommodate we were arriving late (out of hours) and the communication was very clear. Also we liked the location, free off-street parking and the supermarket next to us. In the morning our host (Gianna) was very helpful and super courteous.

The entranceway is literally 1 foot from the edge of a very busy road. My bedroom was literally on the edge of a road where the vehicles travel fast. If you are elderly, in a wheelchair, have any physical disabilities at all, consider staying somewhere else.Call me a safety nut but honestly, I was glad a car didn’t run into the building during our sleep, we would not have woken up. Otherwise, the place is an absolute 10 and perfect. Additionally, there is a small plaza in grocery store right next-door, which was convenient. Her glass in the sunroom and sitting area was very comfortable and nice also.

The owner was very sweet and a good communicator. The place is essentially brand new and very clean. It is a great distance to the leaning tower of Pisa and a reasonable walk to the train station at least for our family of four. She provided a breakfast of mostly sweets and coffee, which was very nice. She has a wonderful spirit and obviously a kind person who wants to satisfy her customers.

Bring earplugs as it can be a bit noisy in the city.

Excellent breakfast, thank you! Very lovely hosts - they went above and beyond to check ahead of our stay for allergies re breakfast and bought some oat milk specially for my son. Nice, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to the leaning tower, further to the station but there is a bus stop right outside the B&B with regular buses (number 2) to the station that take about 15mins. Good value for Pisa and a really nice B&B.

The owner doesn't speak English, so we couldn’t really ask much. Regarding breakfast, there’s no information about what time it starts, which is important for planning day trips to other cities by train. Also, the fridge is quite loud, which can be disturbing at night.

The room is a 10-minute walk from the Leaning Tower, and there is a bus stop right in front of the property.

On arrival there wasn’t even a single bottle of water in the fridge whether to buy or complementary. So if you arrive late at night, you are on your own with nothing! Shops are closed quite early in Pisa. There was one opened, used bottle of water very warm, no ice around. Staff were not present in the property most of the time so if you needed something, you were on your own. Breakfast was generally not worth the money(one breakfast was on the room but the second person had to pay) considering you can get cheap high quality breakfast anywhere in Pisa. It was basic so very expensive for a basic facility.

It was very clean. Good area. Air conditioning worked well. The garden was nice.
