We booked a «spacious apartment, 70m2», but when we arrived it was only 50m2. In addition, booking.com stated that the apartment had three separate beds (one king size in the bedroom, one sofa bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room). This was the reason we chose this exact apartment over other apartments with two beds that were far cheaper. When we arrived and found that the apartment did not match our booking, the staff were not willing to find an additional bed for our family. They were not willing to compensate economically either. We were told that it was our responsibility to double check before arrival that what booking.com stated was indeed true. The company’s policy and reaction showed that they do not take their costumers seriously and that you can not trust that you get what you booked.

The location was the best. Few minute walk to historic centre and the main streets. Few minute walk to a couple of calas as well, really cutes

No internet during our 3 day stay. Bed mattress should be replaced.

The location was great, we were able to easily walk to the historic district and water areas.

The communication, tips, and advice from the staff (Erica & Paulo) were exceptional. They always made sure our stay was comfortable and to ask them if we needed anything. Breakfast was delivered on time with a smiling and friendly face. Great place, great location. The AC is brilliant on those super hot days!

Excellent location, near the shops, the sea. I was able to find a parking place nearby as it’s a nightmare to park in August. It was also very clean and the staff was really good.

Nothing really, maybe the bed was a bit on the hard side. But I was able to sleep very well.

Great location in the old town...can see the sea from the roof top and 5 mins walk away from reception. If you need anything reception are really prompt on whatsapp communication and delivery Well worth visiting ...wish we had longer! Great with booking trips and transport

They just need to ensure the breakfast order is correct...we didn't always get what we ordered but it was still good

A bit small

The location was fabulous. Also the roof top terrace was a great place to relax.

The location was amazing and Paolo took care of the transport service from station to reception, reception to the room, and from room to reception and reception to the station. Basically, no need to walk due to their premium service. The breakfast was incredibly good and we were not expecting it at all! Special thanks to Paolo, Erica, Daniela and the other girls at the reception for the marvelous welcome.

The room should have a system to keep the air fresh.

Friendly staff. Very helpful with suggestions on places to see and restaurants to visit. We loved our stay and the lovely breakfast was a bonus! We would highly recommend staying in the historic town!❤️

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the town. The room was cozy and clean.

The sheets were very damp. This was the only issue. I had to lay down the extra blankets given in the wardrobe.

Great position

There are quite a lot of stairs, so perhaps that should be mentioned as some guests might struggle

I enjoyed absolutely everything about this place. First of all is very central, close to many restaurants and shops and 3 min walk to the famous beach. The place itself is build in a cave , I think it gives a very unique style to it , and the walk in shower is amazing 🤩. Erika, my host was very nice and welcoming and always responded quick . I would definitely book again!
