Honestly a little bit overpriced for the room, maybe due to the period but nothing bad to say.

The room was clean, bathroom really spacious and the view great - on the sea. In my opinion the location is amazing because even though you are out of old city center (10/15 minutes by foot), you have two beaches in the front. Another plus for me is that the bar where you can have the included breakfast has gluten free options!

We absolutely loved our stay here, we had an amazing view of the beach which really topped off the experience for us. Staff were super friendly, and check in was very convenient. We would definitely return here.

Breakfast at the cafe over the road was very basic-a pastry and a coffee. Aircon vent in the room was very chipped and needed painting ( very minor but out of character for the rest of the decor). Sink tap was very wobbly. Pillows were very thick and very firm but I used a cushion instead. It was awkward having no reception-we had said on all the booking what time our flight was but had to call and wait maybe 15 minutes to be let in-he came as quickly as he could but a key safe might be a better option.

Location was perfect. Enough out of town centre to be peaceful but easy walk to everything. View was lovely. Nice balcony with beautiful sea view.Very clean and nice decor all in good condition. Lovely little beach for swimming and sitting and all very clean. Nice restaurants nearby, supermarket too. Comfortable bed and clean towels. Rocco gave us good local information and recommended a place to do wine tasting.

The apartment is in a very good location, sitting on the balcony you can see wonderful view of the sea. There are two wonderful beaches near the facilities. The apartments are cozy and tidy, you will find everything you need for cooking. The host surprised us with a bottle of wine. We found water and lemonade in the fridge. You will get breakfast in the nearby cafe - delicious coffee and croissant. You can park your car for free on the street next to the apartment (if you get a space). I recommend it 100% !

Fabulous location with balcony overlooking a lovely beach across the road of this modern, comfortable property. We were so pleased to have a great outside bar/restaurant on the door step!!! The food & ambience was excellent, perfect for pre dinner drinks! & to top it only a 5-10 min walk into the gorgeous Monopoly - perfect

The location overlooking a cove beach was excellent. Proximity to the historical center was convenient for walking. The balcony was a good size. Even though there was a large crowd late at night an adjacent restaurant, our room was very well soundproofed. The quiet air conditioning worked well. Extremely impressed that Rocco arrived early in the morning to refund the breakfast fee after he was informed that the cafe where we had breakfast would be closed. We were very pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned and we received fresh towels.

We loved everything !

We loved the view, the location was great, so close to the centro storico. We loved having a balcony overlooking the sea and centro storico. Apartment was clean, roomy, we had no trouble finding a close park. Check-in went smoothly. Communication with the host was excellent.

Noise does carry so if you have noisy, inconsiderate neighbours like we did at the beginning of our trip, pack some earplugs.....

Clean, modern and well appointed. Reasonably short walk to Monopoli old town. But the absolute highlight is the view looking straight over Porto Bianco beach. With the door open you can hear the waves 😁

Parking situation can be a bit tough. The private parking possibility was already fully booked so we had to rely on street parking.
