Not very comfortable for 4 people (we were travelling with teenaged kids).

Small , clean appartement with air condition and balcony. For two person would be very nice. Quite location with easy access to the public transport. Very easy to find the parking near the flat.

This lovely apartman was amazing, we loved it. Manuela was very kind and helpful; she answered all our questions immediatly. The logation is excellent, with metro, bus, and tram stops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

Paying the tasso di soggiorno separately, in cash. I never have the correct change. I don't understand why this isn't built into the price but I do not think that is the host's choice because this happens at many structures.

The apartment was modern and clean. The space was well set up with a fantastic walk-in closet. The host had posted lots of useful information in the apartment regarding train stations, airports, etc. There was a courtyard behind the apartment with bars and restaurants making it very convenient.

Nicely decorated apartment, with many details. Everything new and clean. Welcome water from the owner, included coffee capsules. Bathroom clean with great shower. Quiet area where free parking is available.

It was a perfect apartment.

The friendly host, Manuella, was very kind. We arrived in Milan on a rainy day, and she tried to prepare the apartment earlier than usual. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, and even the cleaning materials were prepared for our stay. The location of the apartment is perfect, as it is only 300 meters from the tram line 14, which goes directly to Duoma square. Even there is a small park in front of the apartment which is perfect for the families who travel with their kids.

Unfortunately, there is also a minus: the wather pipes are not acoustic insulated, so if the neighbors are going to the toilet, you hear the pipes pretty loud.

The appartment was freshly renovated and decorated with very good taste. All the stuff had good quality. The communication was wery good even if the host didn't speak english. I was able to find a parking place easy o the street not very far from the building.

The interior design was great. very modern, clean, stylish and finished to an exceptional standard. I was taking photos of fittings and fixture for my own house :-) It was also very conveniently place for the purpose of my visit and I will definitely use B&B Prestige for future visits to Milan.

Apartment is very nice, spacious and it is newly renovated. It has everything you need for your stay. In front of the apartment there is many free parking spaces. The hostess was very kind and welcoming, communication with her was very easy. She was aslo available for all the question, check in was really fast and easy. Would recommend this apartment. Location, was quite a long way out of the city, spend a lot of time planning how to get in and back home. Find out info on trams etc before you go.

Modern property, excellent decor, all mod cons, coffee machine, Netflix etc. Hosts exceptional, went above and beyond.
