We loved this guesthouse. We had a lovely, comfortable room with access to a splendid garden. Giacomo was charm itself, a lovely man who makes an excellent breakfast, fresh fruit, local pastries, cold cuts, delicious juice and very good coffee! A wonderful stay.

The host was an exceptionally welcoming with all his family. The room was lovely looking out on the garden. The breakfast absolutely amazing served in the garden under the orange and lemon trees.. with homemade marmalade from there garden!

Giacomo , the owner and charming host , did everything to make our short stay extremely enjoyable . The best continental breakfast I have ever had .Selection of pastries , fruit , yogurt and even homemade jam to be serenely enjoyed in a spacious and quiet garden was a nice touch . The double room was modern and had everything needed for a comfortable stay .

Everything was perfect, the host was very professional and honest, let us in before the check in, since our ferry was early. Apartment is very cozy, extremely clean and in perfect location. All the main cafes and restaurants are nearby. Highly recommended!

From the moment Giacomo greeted us with his warm friendly smile,and personality, I knew that we had made the right choice,he is just the greatest host,once he realised that we were not fans of the traditional sweet European breakfast he cooked fresh scrambled eggs each morning,which was our choice,I’m sure fried ,or poached would have just as well presented.He was most accomodating,and could not do enough to make our stay the best.The B&B has a lovely rooftop garden,quite a green oasis,where breakfast can be enjoyed,or a place to simply relax and enjoy a few drinks.Great location in a quiet street in the historical heart of Procida,within easy walking distance of some excellent restaurants,we tried a few that Giacomo recommended,and were not disappointed,plus there are a couple of small supermarkets very close by.Very well appointed rooms.We have stayed in several B&B’s in Italy over the years,and this is right up there as one of the best.Highly recommended.

the bed was the most confortable we tried during our stay in Italy, the breakfast was outstanding you could feel it was made with love by Giacomo who is very easy to treat and just makes you feel like family. the location is also perfect 5 minuts walk to all the beautiful view of procida

The hosts were lovely. The breakfast was amazing and so much more then expected. The rooms were beautiful and well equipped. Great location. And the gardens were special.
