Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything is perfect
I really enjoyed my stay, very clean, the staff are so helpful and very polite and the host very responsive and helpful. They made sure my stay is good and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place Gian 10/10

The property is located in a really nice area, just close to the famous beaches of La Cinta, Brandinchi or Lu Impostu. The room had everything we needed and the host was super nice and available. He gave us a lot of tips regarding beaches to go, restaurants to eat or where to take an aperitif. He also gave us an umbrella. The breakfast was made at the lobby of a hotel nearby and it was a really nice breakfast.

The breakfast is serve in the bar on the same street. It was very simple, only croissant and coffee, that was not too much... If we knew it, we would decide not to include breakfast. Rooms are close to the road, which was noisy during night.

I would rate overall stay very high, but bare in mind that room is 10m from the very busy road, which wasnt very plesent for us.
Accomodation is very nice and clean. Very plesent staff and great communication.

Nothing we loved it!
It's a quiet area not too far from La Cinta beach (25min walk) eurospin supermarket (12min walk) and town centre (20minwalk). It's just off a main rd but you couldn't really hear the traffic (we were in thr back bedroom rather than the front). The room is simple but has everything you need with a gorgeous wooden headboard! There is a fridge and hairdryer and supplied toiletries. The family are lovely and so accommodating. Their pets are very welcoming too 😊 We will no doubt return for sure.

The property was close to the road so it’s not quiet. But since the traffic was ok - it wasn’t noisy all night. Would be nice to have a TV- smart so foreigners can sign in to Netflix and watch it in their language 😊
The room was stylish. Room was cleaned on daily basis. Air conditioning was working just perfect and saved us from the hot weather 😊 Hosts were super nice and kind. Close to the beach. Close to the city center. Close to everything.

The room was good with enough space. The AC was working perfect. There was a good communication with the host, who also helped us with some recommendations. The location is simply perfect for San Teodoro. Close to the center and to amazing beaches and restaurants! It’s a good place for a couple of nights :)

I chose this facility because of the parking and Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi network had a password, but it was also hidden from the guests so that it works for the owners, but for us the network was invisible on both mobile phones, on the computer and on the pad. By that I know iz was not the device problem. What bothered me the most was the inertness of the owner to enable Wi-Fi. It was important to us, and we asked for it few times. After several resets of the router (which certainly wasn't a problem and couldn't be a solution because the network worked for them), owners didn't try anything to enable the network for our whole stay. For Italians it may not matter, but for us, spending on the Internet significantly raised expences of our stay.
It has a private free parking and it is easy accessible. They changed towels every day, and cleaned the room. Also having a small fridge in the room was a big +

Messy check-in: on our arrival, I needed to call someone by phone when I was already into the accommodation -the other person I was calling was inside too-, with a different mobile phone number than from booking.com-, or breakfast hesitating if 'included or not'). The breakfast was included, but 20min away, walking (luckily, we had a car). Hard pillows. It was raining on our arrival. Room was cool at that time (heater/air conditioning was off). Early check-out, at 10am. In the end, I received a whatsapp telling "we hope everything went well and if you like you can put us a beautiful REVIEW with full marks 10". Nothing written.
The place was clean and quiet (we arrived at Easter-early April). The breakfast was delightful [but in Punto Zero café, placed in San Teodoro, 20 min away walking (1.7Km)].
