Although it was a private room and faculties, the walls are thin and you can hear you surroundings quite clearly.

Located in a great location to the old town, it’s a bit of a walk from the train station. The host was very helpful and accomodating! Room was as described.

We didn't find the lack of windows in our ground floor room too concerning, but some might! It definitely pays off having the courtyard at your doorstep though!

Perfect location if you want to explore Lecce without wasting time on logistics. The room was connected to an inner courtyard where you could have coffee (which was free!) and breakfast in the morning, which was brought to us every morning by Giuseppe, a great man with a big heart!

a bit of wierd smell lingering in the apartment, not sure if it was air freshner or just a regular smell in the apartment. funily, it also stuck to my clothes that was put out of suitecase. Lights in bathroon was very dim, would suggest to add lights with a bit higher brightness

the owner was super friendly, guided us to the arrival spot and was replying to us as and when required. Smooth handover check-in and check-out Free parking in the street and 5-7 min walk to the center.

Close to the old town. Owner let us get in early when we’d arrived earlier than planned in Lecce. Very quiet. Good wifi. Fridge. Coffee maker.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a room without windows, which was unusual for us. But we kept a door open and it was okay for 2 nights.

The host is very nice, provided us with water and gave a breakfast before we left. The location is good, not far from the old town with beautiful architecture.

Quiet, brilliantly located, and unbelievable value for money. Clean and comfortable, shower hot and powerful, nothing to complain about at all. highly recommend for a budget stay. Host very helpful.

Pastries for breakfast were not as good as anything available just outside in the bars/bakeries nearby. Furniture a bit old but mostly in good condition; for example, the shower was leaking a bit on the floor and the toilet seat was not staying upright.

Nice location and fair price, fairly quite environment. Excellent coffee (good espresso machine in the room). Furniture is a bit old, but everything working and fairly clean. Air Conditioning and fridge in the room.

B&B Reale is a comfort location in the center of Lecce. I travelled for work and it was the best solution for me! The host was extremely nice and kind, ever available.

the room has not windows neither day light. there is a door from where you enter the rooms directly from the street that has shades and mosquitoes net and that’s all the ventilation the room has. if you need sunlight you must open the shades and door directly to the street and around a meter away from the parked cars. it was not nice!

It was not really clean - the furniture and bath is pretty old and used - the bed not really comfortable. Instead of a real breakfast (as booked) we just received some stuff in plastic and coffee to brew with a machine in the room. Finding a parking place next to the house after 5 pm or on weekend is pretty difficult.

Next to Bars and Restaurants and just a short foot walk into the old city of Lecce. Room is well secured.
