Easy to get to, clean , had a shuttle service to and from the airport , nextvdoor to a mall

Rooms are not suitable for long term stay. Shower cubicle is very tight may not fit some overweight customers.

Hotel has shuttle services from the airport in front of the arrival terminal T3 with €6 per person. It takes 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel. Hotel is located next to the shopping center which has food court and supermarket. It is a good chance to buy forgotten materials in case needed.

Lights vere a bit too "strong" for me, but it's a personal preference thing.

Very conveniently located place, great connections to the airport. Shops nearby, friendly staff. My room was comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised how nice the bed was. I would absolutely stay here again.

Uncomfortable luggage rack. Dirt marks from other guests’ suitcases on the wall. In the hot water dispenser downstairs, the water had some unpleasant impurity. This worsened the experience.

Small reception can get crowded… The view from the room… Bit noisy neighbourhood specially with open windows

Clean rooms! Close to the airport! Comfortable and clean bed for couples night! Shuttle bus to the airport, train and terminal at the door! Fair breakfast, good variety of food and even you can make your own fresh orange juice!

It was close to the airport, but we were not disturbed by noise. It was also located adjacent to a shopping mall that had places to eat. The shuttle bus was on time and a useful addition to get you to the airport. The staff were professional and friendly

The toilet had a problem at 2 AM. But we were given access to a toilet in another room.

My shower had great water pressure but there was black moldy grout in the tiles along the bottom. The wall of the bathroom evidenced a previous leak. Otherwise the room was clean. Also be aware that you pay extra for breakfast 9 € and for the airport shuttle 6 €

Front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Being next to a mall was fun. Turns out Italians may bring their dogs shopping. You can buy alcoholic drinks in the food court!

A lil confusing there are 2 hotels on each side of the train????

Great location close to the airport and attached to a mall with lots of shops and restaurants. The perfect stop before heading to the US Very comfy bed and pillows!

There is a twin hotel across the train station. So it was a bit disorienting to get off the train and confusing as it looked similar but not exactly as the hotel I check in 1hr before.

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures, a no frills conveniently close to the airport. The shuttle driver was amazing - we left 1 suitcase on his van and he raced back and found us. The train was 6 minutes and super convenient - had to drop off a rental car at the airport a day before departure. Outside of the mall is an excellent restaurant. We wandered around the mall but it wasn’t an option for dinner for us.

They start early with airport transfers and a light sleeper may be disturbed by people leaving their rooms. I was awake early for my transfer and could hear others leaving.

Located near the airport with a train station across the street. Also, located next to a shopping mall with a grocery store and a large food court. The room was a good size, clean and a comfortable bed.

The shower head didn’t work well. I needs a new one. The walls in the room need some fresh paint. They were kind of dirty.

The location was very convenient and it was a good value for the money. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I couldn't speak to anyone at the hotel reception by phone. It just resorted to an automated message. Shuttle bus booked by email.

Convenient - right beside the train station, good shuttle to airport, nice bed and pillows, excellent front desk- cortina- thank you. Martina😊. Breakfast more affordable, nice staff and they had gluten free options. Very nice cleaning staff.

Just wish it could have an easier access to/from the airport when arriving late, you can get there easily during normal hours as there's a train station right in front of it and they also offer transfers, but we arrived at 1am and the train was not working anymore so we had to pick up a kind of expensive uber to ther (as it's not as close to the airport as it seems on the map).

The room is exactly what you see in the pictures, compact but complete, modern, well equipped. We stayed only for a night because we had an early train living from the station right in front of the hotel so it was perfect for that! Staff was also very friendly :)

There’s 2 of the same hotels and I couldn’t tell which one we were supposed to go to.

A perfect spot for us. We flew into Rome and had a flight from Rome the next morning. The hotel is located at the first trenitalia stop (not Leonardo Express) which is easy. There is a decent shopping center right there and a shuttle back to the airport.

Beds/room very small. Only one chair and no table to sit at. Expensive breakfast.

Location is close to FCO just about 10 minutes drive. Great for early morning flight. Breakfast was good for the class or hotel. Right at the entrance if a mall to kill time and get dinner. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very bare bones, no toiletries except soap, no complimentary tea, no decaffeinated coffee except instant. Kind of chintzy overall.
