Its what you pay for for about 100 euros next to the airport. No frills. Its a solid 3 star hotel

Easy to get to, clean , had a shuttle service to and from the airport , nextvdoor to a mall

Hotel has shuttle services from the airport in front of the arrival terminal T3 with €6 per person. It takes 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel. Hotel is located next to the shopping center which has food court and supermarket. It is a good chance to buy forgotten materials in case needed.

Rooms are not suitable for long term stay. Shower cubicle is very tight may not fit some overweight customers.

Very conveniently located place, great connections to the airport. Shops nearby, friendly staff. My room was comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised how nice the bed was. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lights vere a bit too "strong" for me, but it's a personal preference thing.

Uncomfortable luggage rack. Dirt marks from other guests’ suitcases on the wall. In the hot water dispenser downstairs, the water had some unpleasant impurity. This worsened the experience.

Only reason I booked this hotel is because we had to spend the night around fiumicino airport. The shuttle bus driver is a nice person.

Facilities were too bad to endure, room was dirty, tissue paper was used, the toilet couldn't flush! and the front desk couldn't help fix it on time. The receptionist with cold attitude really should get more politeness and patience. The hotel contact number was answered by italian robot without english human service, we called several times and couldn't connect. We also emailed them and they didn't reply. Location is not convinient, guest had to book the train from fiumicino to parco leonardo, which cost about 20 eur per person, or take a taxi, which cost 35 eur. We could accept the transportation, however, the location of the hotel is almost in the middle of nowhere hollow borderlands! The price is also high. Breakfast was bad. I wanted to give 0 star. Not recommended.

The staff member on check in was lovely.

The room was very basic (as expected). Bathroom was dated, accessible toilet didn’t flush properly, hose was leaking in bathroom, shower not particularly great. The hotel itself was very noisy and I struggled to sleep hearing noise from rooms above, below and in corridor.

Clean rooms! Close to the airport! Comfortable and clean bed for couples night! Shuttle bus to the airport, train and terminal at the door! Fair breakfast, good variety of food and even you can make your own fresh orange juice!

Small reception can get crowded… The view from the room… Bit noisy neighbourhood specially with open windows

The hotel was nice with rooms that were comfortable, especially the beds and pillows. I also found it to be quiet, which isn't always the case near airports due to the constant come and go.

The hotel was not the most transparent or accommodating. Their phone menu hung up multiple times after I pushed "1" to get shuttle information. I called multiple back times trying to schedule the hotel shuttle from the airport in other ways, and I was told that no one spoke English on the phone. As a result, I had to pay 35 euros for a local taxi to get to the hotel that was almost 6 miles away; I thought it was closer based on the hotel name/map. When I got to the hotel, I found out the 6 euro shuttle back to the airport per person was actually 12 euros with additional fees/taxes. Given this, I would suggest just staying at one of the more expensive hotels in the airport since you also have access to the Leonarda Express to get into Rome. You will likely spend the same amount to stay here anyway!

It was my first time at B&B Hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. There was a hotel airport shuttle for 6 euros each way (within normal hours). The hotel is directly connected to a big shopping mall, so I felt safe as a solo traveler, knowing that the area would be somewhat busy. The hotel was very clean, and the receptionists at the front desk were quick to answer any questions and very helpful. They even answered questions I had prior to my arrival via messaging. Definitely coming back here again!

The location was excellent for an early flight as it's very close to the airport.

It was close to the airport, but we were not disturbed by noise. It was also located adjacent to a shopping mall that had places to eat. The shuttle bus was on time and a useful addition to get you to the airport. The staff were professional and friendly
