Shower in the bathroom dirty with mull and no desk for stuff inside. The bathroom except the shower was good equiped.

Room was fine for short stay. Location ok but if you use public transport. For walking it's kind of far to visit everything. Host was helpful and polite.

Close to train station, walkable to restaurants and shops. Very small but modern and clean. The mattress was a bit thin and hard. The shower is tiny. Overall a good experience. I felt safe. Good communication. THANKS!!!

Althought the location be near to Termini, there is a lot of drunk people and pick pockets on the streets, when you go out walking take care! The avenue is too lound (car, trains, bus, ambulances all the night); - This things is not the host fault. For being better, could have a wash machine on the recepection for shared use.

It's a good location, near to Termini and just 10 minutes to Coliseum. The room was clean, you will have a key for going out and come back in your time; There is market, bakery and restaurants near (going out to the left). Elisa and Rauol were so kind and good people;

We had a communication problem with the owner, so we had to wait at the door for a while. It would be better if the login information was sent beforehand, or it could be an encrypted login.

The location was good because it was close to the metro. It was clean and comfortable.

Nothing really to complain, maybe the area is not one of the safest in Rome but it’s enough to be careful and it’s definitely not the owner’s fault!

Good location close to Termini station, like 15 min walk. Super friendly staff, very helpful and able to reply in real time. Newly renewed apartment with good furniture. Lovely old style elevator!

The room is very small, we did not expected it to be that small. We liked the bathroom but the shower itself was too small. The AC was working but it was not able to cool the room to the desired temperature. The room has a small balcony which faces a very noisy street. So if you want some fresh air be ready to hear the city.

The hotel is located close to the train station/subway, like 10 mins walk, which is good if you want to use public transportation to get around the city or to the airport. Our room was clean and looked renovated and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store right across the street and a lot of cafes.

The room is too small for 2 adults with their luggage, and if you do some shopping; the situation will be so chaotic, but manageable though. There was no minibar in the room but there’s a shared one for the 3 rooms outside.

The bed is not that comfortable. But one can manage.

It is relatively close to a Metro station to the right of this location you just have to walk 3 mins. this will help you go to the main attractions (which are not close from this location walking) its also close to the Roma Termini (8mins). The attention of the Host of this property was excellent! very attentive and nice. Thank you for your hospitality. (:

As the walls are a bit thin, you might be woken up in the morning, but it was not a big issue for us.

The room is small but clean and very comfortable; it has everything you need for a short stay in Rome. The location is great - it is within a walking distance from the main attractions (Colosseum, Foro Romano, etc), and there is a metro nearby that takes you to the Vatican. There are cafés nearby for breakfast and a great ice cream shop right across from the flat.

There is no removable shower head in the bathroom. It's a bit uncomfortable. You need a shower cap.

Wifi mostly not working in our room. Thin walls - you can hear everything from the room next door and hallway. If you need to rest and sleep all night, not really possible in case of having talkative neighbours. Strongly recommend ear stoppers.

Hard to state negatives as good value for money in a capital city. Always wish for a kettle. Did not expect one but it would have enhanced the room. Shower head high above only, so hard to avoid washing your hair without a cap. Shower drain needed clearing as filled very quickly.

Extremely friendly and warm welcome on arrival after terrible train journey with so many delays and a walk from station in a storm! Modern, practical decor, new, spacious shower room with plenty of towels. Decent hairdryer and lighting too. Modern windows, including bathroom.. surfaces for toiletries. Nice Italian breakfast included across the street with friendly, cheery service. Big bed and plenty of hangers for a change. Good proximity to station- 15 mins with a heavy case, quicker without! Coliseum 20. Nice old building with character.and old style apartments central lift. Fridge in hallway.
