Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I loved my stay here! The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable, I slept really well and could wind down a lot. It was also very quiet at night. The sweet breakfast was really nice with homemade pastries. The host gave me a lot of tips on what to visit. Sorgono is a little village but offers a few Restaurants, Supermarkets and a Gas Station, all you need!

I could not think of anything
Everything!! But especially the warmth of the family and their helpfullness, the home-made pastry and all kinds of drink in the fridge, the cousy, beautifuland comfortable bed-en bathroom. The kitchen is very big with a lounge space and dinner tables added to it. The location is right in the centre, close to the bus stop. The village is intimate and old-fashioned Italian style. One short story to illustrate the warmthof the people: Marie asked me if wanted to visit the nuraghi and that she would bring me. We agreed that she would come to pick me up 3 hours later but during my visit to the Nuraghi I got lost and Marie did anything she could to find my position, to contact me (internet connection was very bad in the woods) and after a while they were able to find me. The whole family was in the car: Marie, Pepe, and 3 other family members. I stayed the rest of the day in the b&b, close to them.

It was anything perfect
The apartment is specious and with anything you need for a relaxed stay. The bathroom is nice and modern. Italian breakfast was included and a coffee machine with many different coffee preparations is available. To highlight is the host. She goes above and beyond to have satisfied guests. Thank you very much and I can highly recommend staying at your vacation apartment Mariola

Our stay at Sa Mariola was one of the best ever! The rooms are not just beautiful, but furnished with elegance and in every detail you can see love and thoughtfulness! The owner was so sweet, kind and polite, she gave us tips for eating and tips for our next trip in Sardegna! The breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes and muffins, coffe machine was the best! We really enjoyed a little break on the balcony with their great coffe. I would defintly choose Sa Mariola again! My expectations were exeeded!

For breakfast it was croissants, sweets and cakes. Maybe typical Italian? As Dutch we prefer bread, cheese,eggs etc.
The communal room with kitchen and frig (no cooking facilities, only microwave). The owner is very hospitable and informed us about what to see in the neighbourhood. The bed is very big and kingsize.

If you are not familiar with Italian, be prepared to use Google translator. :)
Excellent location with nice and tidy rooms. Small sweet breakfast with many coffee options included. Private bathrooms, common area with couch and kitchen. Easy to find parking place for car from the street.

Ms Maria Antonietta has been an outstanding host. The room is comfortable and all services are exactly as stated in the advert. The breakfast is very generous and I felt at home. I would recommend this Bnb without hesitation.

Some fruit for breakfast might have been nice but overall we were amazingly well looked after, and the best value for money we have had in years.
Fabulous value for money. Had an amazing experience in a nearby agriturismo recommended by our hostess who was really helpful. This was the best agriturismo meal and wine we have ever had!!!! Plenty to do in the area for a few days.
