Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Caterina was really nice and kind to us, she even gave us a sun umbrella for the beach.

The place is decent and tidy, but I didn’t like the breakfast—the boiled egg’s white was runny, so it was inedible

Such a wonderful place a few minutes away from La Pelosa. Caterina, the host, is such a great and lovely person, ready to help and give you tips to enjoy your stay in Stintino. She also makes such an amazing breakfast. Her cakes are delicious! Bikes are also available at the property to go around without having issues with parking. I strongly recommend it!

Well-maintained garden. House covered with natural stone. Caterina was attentive and helpful, constantly ventilating the rooms. But she cannot turn a musty cellar into a castle. :(

The house is built on a hillside and clad in stone. Because of this, there is a cellar effect. A large dehumidifier runs 24/7 inside to prevent mold and musty odors. During our stay, the outside temperature at night was 12°C. Inside the house, the temperature was only 2-3 degrees higher. There was no heating available. :( The dining room and kitchen are shared with other guests. There was a small oil radiator in the kitchen, which we brought into the room, but the child still had to sleep wearing a coat. :( We received breakfast. I couldn’t tell if the bread smelled musty from the dining room or if the bread itself was moldy. A few hours later, I suffered from severe food poisoning. :( We were 80 km away from Stintino when another problem occurred - it turned out one of the room keys was left in the car. :( The owner’s threatening and ultimatum-like communication is not worth detailing. The next morning, I mailed the key back. My rating for the owner: Zero. We spent two weeks in Sardinia at various accommodations. Our one night at "B&B Sa Serra" was a huge disaster for us. :(

Stintino is beautiful. Located in a calm neighbourhood 4min by car to Pelosa beach, this accommodation was lovely. Breakfast had everything necessary. Parking available on the property. Catarina was lovely and attentive to our needs, providing us with several suggestions for our day.

Unfortunately our bed was way too soft, it was two twin put together with a thinner layer mattress on top, meaning the my partner and I kept rolling into the middle hole of the bed. The walls are very thin, when breakfast is being prepared early in the morning it woke us up by surprise.

Everything else was perfect. The bed was soft and comfortable, the room was small but clean, the personal staff was nice and friendly and she was cooking traditional sweets every morning! The garden was top! I liked to eat there, it was so beautiful!

The main door is electronic and if someone locks the door with a key then you cannot enter the house...The door of our private room was a bit broken and we couldn't lock it easily.

There is a long list of adventages of this B&B: Very fast contact with host. Great location. Wonderful garden. Very nicely decorated rooms Comfortable parking. Very clean room and bathroom ( with cosmetics). Totally nice breakfast with very tasty coffee, home made marmolade, granola and fresh cake. High quality for reasonable price. I can fully recommended ❤️.

Maybe the only point that could be improve in the future is how to quiten each room's door because it is a bit noisy when people move between rooms or talk in common area. But this is is only my suggestion and had not much impact on overall stay :). Anyhow from me 10!

The B&B Was super easy to access, kind staff and delicious breakfast and cakes available. You also have a nice option to keep your belongings in their refrigerator, as well as borrowing the B&B's umbrellas and beach mats!

We did see a small lizard in the common area one evening when we entered the building. The beds are also not 100% comfortable.
