I just told you that you can come for leaving luggage, not for staying here, people cannot stay while we are cleaning the rooms, were just passed 45 min after check-out of the previous guests. People is always happy to come here and leave luggage and be free to go to the beach or around the city. I'm really shocked about this review, because you didn't asked to go to the bathroom, just asked to charge the phone, you said that you were going to the beach, but I think you didn't because you were waiting in the stairs outside the door of the house. This is not a place where you can wait, in the morning especially, check-in is starting from 2pm and I told you that you can come 1 hour earlier, this is totally disrespectful of other people's job. It's so bad that we cannot leave a review about guests, this is just a spite because you didn't get what you wanted because wasn't possible. I've been clear in the message I sent to you the day before writing "you can come after 10,00am (check-out time) for leaving your luggage" not you can check-in and have the room in the morning. You kissed my cheek at your arrival, I felt very surprised, but now I'm understanding that it was a kind of Judas' kiss?

Thanks, but the bed linen is pretty new, we will improve this without any problem. I'm a bit shocked for staff's score and also for cleaning too when you left all your holiday's rubbish. You entered here dripping something in all the lift and in house... Anyway thanks

I just asked you to send me a message when you arrived downstairs because we live here and we always meet up in person our guests because we live here and we don't want that other guests are disturbed by ringing late.
