Everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host, Riccardo, was extremely hospitable and friendly. We especially appreciated the peaceful and quiet nights – it was exactly what we needed to rest. The hairdryer was also a nice surprise – a professional one. Excellent location, nicely decorated, equipped with air conditioning, fridge, TV. It is 2 minutes away from the beach and 5 minutes from the center. Riccardo is a great host. He gave all his interest to make us well!!

We loved our stay at Riccardos, who we met a couple of times, such a charming guy. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept us informed of local events and apologised for the few hours of rain we had whilst there then provided us with umbrellas. The room was spotless and comfortable. Pescara was lovely, both the beach and town centre being a 3 minute walk away

The wifi is not stable, it drops often.

The location is very close to the beach, especially a free beach without umbrellas. Our room was nice and spacious with a confortable bed, tv, mini fridge, ac. The breakfast consists in store bought pastries, coffee, milk, water and fruit juice. Thanks to Riccardo for being such a friendly and helpful host!

Very good value for money. Very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast in the room and access to coffee/tea in the room. The rooms are comfortable and fully consistent with the description on Booking.com. The facility is located very close to the sea. There are grocery stores, a pharmacy and many restaurants in the vicinity. But above all, a very friendly and helpful owner. He took care of us very well and provided a lot of useful information about the area and our stay. We could ask him for help all the time. If we ever return to Pescara, we will ONLY stay at Ricardo's. Wonderful man :) We highly recommend B&B San Francesco.

Excellent location 10 min walk from the main bus/train station and shopping, 2 min from the excellent beach, bars and restaurants. Clean and comfortable, easy access anytime. Riccardo was on hand for recommendations and anything we needed.

Breakfast is really too light compared to all other places I stayed in Abruzzo. There is no common space or kitchen. You can eat in the yard if weather permits. If not, it will be on a small table inside your room. Configuration of the shower cabin allows water to flow outside the cabin.

Location is perfect, close to both see and city center. Riccardo is a very welcoming host. Bedroom is large and bed is confortable. There is a fridge in the room. For those travelling in bicycle, there is a small yard to park it.

Riccardo is an amazing host. He is super kind and polite and gave me tips on what to do around, and helped me with the taxi as my flight was at 5 am. The room had everything I needed. The bed is comfortable and the location is superb. A coffee machine, some croissants, water and tea were provided.

I enjoyed very much my brief stay here. Only 9 minutes away from the Umberto I pedestrian shopping area and very close to the sea. Excellent communication with the staff at any time.

Breakfast was basically plastic wrapped supermarket cakes in the room but not sure if this was just because of Covid.

Great location close to the beach, really helpful owner! We were allowed to check out a bit later which was super helpful!
