Reviews of B&B San Remigio

Very well located, close to the major sites in Florence. The host, Andrea, was very helpful and carried my suitcase up the stairs to the B&B Kitchen with fridge and bottled water very useful and welcome.

The lighting in our room was a bit dim - but we managed. There was also noisy people in the street outside on at least 2 early mornings (4am) which woke us up but obviously this is not in control of the establishment. No breakfast despite called a B&B

Walking distance to everything, super spacious and lots of amenities. Andrea was the best host we have ever had, very friendly and approachable. Proactive communication and made us super comfortable.

Very central and staff were excellent to communicate and helpful during check in. Could leave luggage there after check out. Very spacious room and bathroom, great aircon. Complimentary water in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

The room was a really good size, aircon worked a treat. The loation was perfect for us and close to one of the best gelato shops in Florence.

Absolutely perfect! The Manager was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful traditional room. Lovely kitchen and balcony area you can use. Property only suitable for able bodied guests as some steep stairs.

Very beautiful and cozy! Andrea was awesome and gave us good hints for sightseeing.

There is a door sign for the handle to indicate “Do Not Disturb” or “Room Service”. A sign to indicate that you don’t need room service (for cleaning) would be nice, since we were only there for two nights.

Incredible location right by the Uffizi. Our host, Andrea, was so helpful; giving us recommendations for our stay in Florence and the rest of our wider trip. The room is clean, quiet and the B&B beautiful. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for visiting Florence.

Great location, very central, amazing historical building, the owner is very flexible and accommodating, the best was very comfortable, the shower and bathroom were wide and were spacious, the kitchen was amazing, as was the balcony.

It says it's a bed and Breakfast, but there was no breakfast service, you have to go to a nearby cafe where you get only 5% discount, which isn't enough in my opinion.

Property was perfect location near Uffizi.

Hotellet / B&B was very nice! Better then I thought. We had al facilities in the room. The kitchen and the veranda was very nice. Andrea (the owner) was a fantastisk host. He helped us with everything when we ask him.

Our stay at B&B San Remigo was absolutely wonderful! 1. The two of us had two very large suitcases, and Andrea was incredibly thoughtful, helping us carry them up and down the stairs during both check-in and check-out. We are truly grateful! 2. As soon as we met Andrea, he enthusiastically provided us with a map, introduced nearby transportation options and restaurants, and even explained in detail how to get from the B&B to the airport when we departed to Hong Kong. On our last day, he was still attentive, making sure we understood where to catch the bus and transfer at the airport. He is truly a host who genuinely cares about his guests. 3. The room was impeccably clean and well-equipped. We felt completely relaxed and comfortable during our stay. If we have the chance to visit Florence again, we will definitely choose to stay here again! Highly recommended!

The location was wonderful. It was close to all of the major sites. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. If your child is attending an International program in Florence the location of this B&B is wonderful.

The host Andrea was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had great atmosphere.

The location is ideal for visiting the main sight seeing of Florence. The street is relatively quiet. We asked for hard mattresses and they were perfect! The room was super clean and was cleaned everyday. The B&B does not offer breakfast but one can find bars to get or buy breakfast few meters away from the B&B. We took our breakfast on the terrace which was awesome. Andrea and his staff are very nice and helpful.

The following comments are no complains but might be helpful for some people. There was one nice looking chair (old fashion!!) in the room but it was broken. If one needs to write, it is not comfortable in the room. One can use the kitchen or terrace to sit. The B&B is at the first floor, one should be fit to get up the stairs (with suitcases). We knew that in advance because this information is written in the description. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking problems.

The location was great, super clean, and very comfortable. We only stayed two nights and wished we stayed for longer. Loved every moment and when we come back we would stay here again.
