There was a very bad odour in the room coming from the air conditioning unit. Front desk was very responsive and willing to change rooms but we already settled at that point.

Rooms were spacious. Location was good, a short walk to the center.

We battled to work the aircon (but we should have just called reception - they would have easily helped). They only sold expresso and had no milk. Would have been great if the coffee machine from breakfast was available for guests at other times.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. They stored our luggage whilst we waited to check in, recommended restaurants, gave directions and looked up bus/train schedules. Room was immaculate, breakfast superb and position great.

Nowhere to sit to have a coffee or a drink we were travelling as part of a group attending a wheelchair basketball tournament and a number of us stayed at this hotel and we found the time we had between matches and in the evening after matches were finished we had no where to sit and chat and have a drink

Don’t wait for a great view from the window but it’s still great. It’s located close to the railway and bus stations. It makes sense to have breakfast included as it offers a nice variety of sweet and salty items.

Great value for money. Close to the old town, just 5-6 minutes from the duomo. The staff was very nice and helpful. We managed to park just right outside the hotel for free. Breakfast was actually not bad at all.

A NEW Hidden Gem Discovered! I've stayed in my fair share of B&B Hotels, but this Sassari location truly sets the bar. The room given to me was a delightful surprise - spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything a weary traveler could need. Its proximity to the Centrale Sassari Train Station was a game-changer, making getting around a breeze -- be it in Alghero or in Cagliari. Also, the staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the check-in and check-out processes seamless. All in all, this was a top-notch stay. The perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and affordability makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. B&B Hotel Sassari, you've outdone yourselves! 10/10 -- I would definitely stay again.

No shower rail which meant the shower head was just hanging loose. Toilet roll holder loose. Small things need fixing. Liquid soap dispensers, would prefer a small bar of soap for washing.

New hotel, clean, nice breakfast, modern decor. Well located for walking to the Old Town. Friendly staff, especially Claudio who was great. He organized a room change and directed us to local attractions.
