We felt very welcome & safe. Lovely view across Lago Como. Luisa was very easy to talk to and gave lots of information, what to do, where to eat etc about the area. The breakfast was superb with lots to choose from including homemade yoghurt & preserves.

The host was very kind and helping. She made breakfast for us everyday and gave us lot's of recommendations for the area. The facilities were nice.

It was very hot at night because there is no airconditioning in the room.

The owner was very nice, helpful. She gave us good recomandations for restaurants and places we could visit. The breakfast was tasty and fullfilling. It is a modest and quiet place, and it had a good value for money we paid considering this month. It was at 6 min walk up from the main road.

Beeing there during the heat wave, we struggled with the heat in the first part of the nights, the ceiling fan not being enough, at least for us. If you are a late sleeper you could be disturbed by the church bells at precisely 7:30 AM.

My partner and I booked the Comfort Double Room with Balcony and the room was as per the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and private. The ceiling fan kept us cool and was sufficient in lieu of air-conditioning. WIFI worked great. We had the top floor to ourselves with a private bathroom. As at time of writing, and per discussions with the owner, she only takes the one booking hence the feeling of privacy. Breakfast was served daily in the courtyard and it was lovely and filling. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Tremezzo was a nice base for our stay in Lake Como. We arrived and departed by train/bus. The C10 bus stop is a short walk from the property as is the ferry terminal. As others have described, if walking, there is a walking path from the Main Street. When following maps, it took us to a property with a pool and a locked gate at the end. If you reach the locked gate, you’ve gone too far. There’s a cut through path which is less defined but leads up to the B&B. I would recommend reaching out for directions if arriving by foot. We enjoyed our stay and the view is beautiful on a clear day!

A very accommodating host. I was pleased to not have to share the bathroom. Breakfast had lots of options, and a great view from the outdoor dining table. The location was very quiet and had a great view of Lake Como.

Since I came by foot and had a rolling suitcase, the walk from the ferry terminal was all up hill. The “short cut” was by way of a river rock path which didn’t work with the suitcase unless you are willing to carry it quit a distance. The alternative was the street, which was twice as long of a distance.

The host was extremely kind and welcoming as soon as we arrived. The hospitality was wonderful, and as two female travellers in our 20’s, we felt so safe and taken care of while staying at this property. The room and washroom were very clean and comfortable, and the little balcony was very nice to use as well. The homemade breakfast was excellent, and we looked forward to it every morning. The host was so accommodating, and she really made our stay as stress-free as possible. We loved coming back to this quiet oasis away from all of the crowds of some of the busier towns and relaxing with the lovely views from our room.

Google maps directions takes you on a much longer route to get to the property than you need to be taking if you are walking - there is a much shorter walking path that you can take, we just had to ask the host about it. Our tip would be to ask the host about walking directions before you arrive so that you don’t make the same mistake we did, it will save you a lot of time!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very kind of you to have your neighbour pick us up since our luggage was very heavy and large. Breakfast was wonderful as well.
