The B&B is outside the centre of Rome which is perfect to avoid the hordes of tourists. Public transport is closeby. Don't forget to get a gelato at Pico around the corner!!

Very nice room, comfortable bed and perfect shower. Lots of toiletries. Good choice for breakfast even though all food was pre-packaged. Appreciated the fresh fruit and Nespresso cappuccino maker.

One problem: you must have something in ears at night, because you here everything in this room,what people in room next to your room ( trough the wall ) making - shower, talking etc. Price a little bit high 😅

Excellent location for the Olympic stadium. Room and facilities were great and breakfast was lovely. Sociable breakfast room with shared table with other guests. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Conversed with host via WhatsApp and directions for finding and entering accommodation very easy to follow.

Superb B&B, easily the best I've been to. Nice quiet neighbourhood and a place with so much attention to every little detail, an incredibly comfortable room with so many nice touches which were more 5-star hotel than B&B. Extraordinary choice of products for breakfast, too. All communication from the owner, Federica, was friendly and super-quick.

The only thing that was a uncomfortable for me was that there was a door to the next room with another guest from my room. The door was locked and the host assured me that only she has the keys but since it was my first time there, I don´t know anyone there etc. I was a bit worried at the beginning because of safety. I am writting this mostly for people who could be stressed because of the door. But everything was fine at the end. Other guests were also very quiete and the overall feeling is very postitive.

Very helpful and kind host (we communicated on whatsapp, not in person, but evrything was great and she always answered very quickly). I have to say the room was the cleanest room I stayed in Italy or may be overal so the cleaning staff is also doing a great job. I had some requests regarding receipts for my payment and nothing was a problem, the host always did everything I asked for and was very kind and polite. The building and the apartment is very nice.

This B&B is really great. Federica and her staff are very charming people. They are also very helpful and always give good advice. The room was comfortable, very clean, really great. The reception with various amenities was a nice extra. Thanks to them, I could really enjoy my weekend in peace. You can book without problems.
