Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I could hear water running through the walls at all hours of the morning, starting at 5.30 until we left and heavy handed people leaving slamming doors. This made sleeping in past 5.30 impossible.
Loved this B&B and the trendy lil town, another great choice, wish we'd stayed longer over night was not enough to see all San Teodoro had to offer. The room was very comfortable as was the bed and pillows, the right amount of firmness and still a soft feel not your typical hard mattress that can be found in some places. Breakfast was great as was the staff. Definitely recommend Sole e Luna

Nothing, it was great!
This is a great B & B in the centre of San Teodoro. The room is lovely and spacious and a great shower. There is parking in front and a public car park out back. The breakfast is great and cooked outside in an outdoor garden. The location is perfect, just a two min walk from the centre of town.

The building is indeed very poorly soundproofed. In the morning you could hear everything that was going on in the corridor. It's a pity they don't have well insulated doors when everything else is new and modern.
Nice modern rooms with comfortable bed. The breakfast was a little buffet with plenty of good things. Parking is available just 50m behind the building. Great big shower! Great price for what you get

Was a little tricky to check in as my phone wouldn’t allow a call and the property didn’t seem to pick up my email or WhatsApp to confirm I had arrived at the agreed time.
Lovely large bedroom and bathroom, excellent shower, parking at the property, very kind staff providing breakfast slightly early for me for prompt check out.

Cons: havent registered any
Pros: location - right in the heart of the city, plenty of restaurants nearby, Breakfast - fresh and delicious breakfast with multiple different choices. Room - spacious, clean with new supplies provided daily. Check-in: quick and easy, the host speaks English and makes the process very seamless Parking: free (up to three cars only) parking spots in front of the building which is so convenient and helpful. Overall we had great time and recommend this place to anyone willing to stay in San Teodoro

The B@B Sole E Luna is well situated close to the town centre and local shops and restaurants. The personel is friendly and rooms clean and nicely decorated. If I ever return to San Teodore I would like to come back to this place again.

Hallway to rooms very dark even in middle of the day, need to turn lights on every time as my partner hit his head walking up stairs. Quite noisy in the mornings when setting up breakfast.
Nice new rooms. Good breakfast outside and good location right in the centre of town but also walking distance to the beach. 3 car parks out front but also a large free parking area the street behind the building. Nice sea view.

There was not enough hooks/ table/ chairs in room to unpack.

Communication with B&B wasn't easy prior to arrival - sent a few messages and no response but everything was accommodated once I arrived
Spacious, bright, comfortable room and convenient central location. Close to bars, restaurants, beach etc. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was not around in case we had any questions. While he provided his phone number, it took time for him to answer, and would provide short responses as if he didn’t have the time for these type of questions.
Very well-located in one of Sardegna’s most charming towns
