We liked staying here because it is near to the beaches that we wanted to see and also near to Olbia Costa Smeralda. The owner is very nice, friendly and answers actively if you have concerns.

While the breakfast was adequate and in line with Italian standards, I wouldn’t describe it as full English/continental as is said in the description. Longer walk to San Teodoro town so take this into consideration if you don’t have a car.

Extremely clean. Most comfortable beds we’ve had the pleasure to sleep in and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Easy check-in. Hosts took great care making sure our stay was comfortable. We forgot to say one guest was gluten free for the first breakfast but after that the host made sure to provide gluten free options which was very appreciated. Walking distance to La Cinta beach.

An intimate facility, with small but comfortable, very clean rooms. There is a shared dining room at the guests' disposal, with a coffee machine, coffee, kettle, tea, dishes, and access to a shared fridge. Good access to the most beautiful beach in the area, close to a shop and the town center with restaurants.

Thin walls so we could easily hear noises/muffled talking/TV from the two neighbouring rooms.

Clean room. Modern bathroom. Drying rack on balcony for wet swim things. Eating places and grocery store are within 5 minutes walk. Morning staff was very helpful.

This is a cozy oasis for any couple and yet close to everything! Such a great find! We arrived earlier and I forgot to tell them and the lady there Cintia was super helpful even though she spoke barely any English. The fridge in shared kitchen worked out so well too, and we loved the screen on door to look outside and great shower. Overall a perfect stay for couples and walking distance to super market, restaurants etc.

My friend and I had a fantastic 4-night stay here. Andrea and Cinzia were super friendly and accommodating during our entire stay. We stayed in the room adjacent to the kitchen, which was very quiet despite being the closest room to the breakfast area. The room itself and shared kitchen area were spacious, with plenty of room in the fridge to store groceries during our stay. The facilities all worked perfectly well - with a great AC and shower/bathroom. The location of the B&B is fabulous - we've stayed in various areas in San Teodoro, and this was the best location-wise. It's just off one of the main roads (but still very quiet), meaning that you can access all of the local beaches easily by car, as well as local supermarkets and bars.

This is not necessarily a criticism but for me, the breakfast was not enough. I eat more in the morning and I am used to the English breakfast. However, you will have a good coffee or tea, fruits, yogurt, a very good croissant, cheese, and ham for a sandwich.

We liked that the room was clean and quite a modern design and has its own balcony. There is a walkable distance up to La Cinta beach and also a few minutes walk up to the bus station. The most important thing for us was the fact that they cleaned the room every single day and we were allowed to use the fridge to store our own food if needed. A 10% discount to Margherita restaurant came as a bonus. The staff was very friendly and communicative offering us valuable information that we needed on the first day.

The toilet seat was cracked which made it seem quite shabby. Also our room was at the end of the breakfast room so it was very noisy at breakfast time.

Really good correspondence how to check in when arriving late, made it really easy to find. We had a very comfortable bed and good aircon (although quite noisy).

Relaxed owner that left the room next to the kitchen open for us with the keys in the dors so it was open when we came. Room was directly behind the kitchen so the breakfast time was pretty loud!

Check in was available at the time we landed to Sardinia and it was on our way to Cala Gonone

As mentioned we had to change the location due to a defect in the B&B. Unfortunately, the communication thereof was insufficient and strange. Firstly, the back up location contaced us about check-in without prior info from the host that this is happening / without info from the back up that they are a backup. After many questions from my side it became eventually clear what the issue was. In the end several people contacted us from different numbers, some only writing/understanding Italien. All in all it did not seem professional. In the end we stayed in a appartments without Wifi and without the possibility to have breakfast etc. Price seemed rather high for what we got.

Due to a problem with the B&B we did not stay at the booked location. Hosts organised a replacement location. The replacement location was ok. The appartment was clean and had the basics needed.
