A great stay in a clean and comfortable property. The hosts were friendly, and the sauna was a definite highlight. A perfect base for exploring the valley, with a delicious breakfast to start each day.

Just was you need after a long bike ride. Haven’t pre ordered dinner but the owner made me very yummy 2 course vegetarian dinner. Also your bike has a save place in the basement. Also well equipped for some emergency maintenance with bike stand and tool box 😍

Nothing not to like. Just think if you traveling by bike the place is remote. You may don’t want to get in you bike up into the next village. Guess e-bike maybe not a problem.

The host was super friendly even when We arrived lately, because of long trip at 22:00 the host welcome us with a big smile. He helped us with the bags and show us everything. In the room and the building was everything what you need.Location also is near the road, which was quiet. We also find a hiking route which was awesome. Already spoke to my partner that we want to come back there to the same palce.

Extremely freindly and helpful hosts, very hospitable. Good dinner with regional kitchen, breakfast very appealing. We will return!

This small place in Resia valley is nice to stay over. It is a good point for bike trips in the carnic alps. Breakfast and dinner are really good.

Very nice hosts! More than willing to help. The kind young lady carried my bicycle to the basement so it was safe for the night. Quiet location, good bed, great shower, big bathroom. Clean. You can have dinner there.

An amazing location deep in the mountains. You can hear the nearby river while relaxing on the terrace. There's enough parking space, the rooms are big and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The owners are nice and very helpful with everything.

Due to a little misunderstanding with the owners we couldn't have dinner there, which in no way left us with bad memories from the stay, just keep in mind you should clearly communicate dinner times with them and make sure you've understood each other. The closest place to have dinner is the little town nearby, which is still a 15 minute drive from the place, so if you have no car, finding food will be tricky. Also, the rooms are excellent but there are no refrigerators in them.

First of all, Claudio and his daughter are exemplary nice people. They helped us with our problem to reach facility, our car was broken, so Claudio turned 3 times in order to drive my family to B&B while i was looking for tow truck. Also they helped us with communication with the service, and his daughter help me find adequate car rental, which is not easy in this location. These are the people you have to be thankful when you have them with you in such situation. Now to the accomodation - our apartment was quite big, with 2 beds for children, showering set, big balcony, and free parking at area. Location is very nice, however i cannot evaluate more since we havent enough time to enjoy the surroundings, however close to the place is the hiking trail, and very nice river which was enjoyed by our children. Breakfast are italian type, but you can find also cheese and ham, fresh croissants and coffee as well as juice, yoghurts, cereals, jams. It great place to explore the location, highly recommended especially for helpful owners

Nice breakfast with a solid choice, very friendly staff. If you are on a bike trip through the Alpe Adria Ciclovia it is only 6km beside the main route.

A little pricey but despite that, clean room and food was fine, host was nice. Good place to stay for a 1-2 nights on the way to south of Italy, I can recommend that.

Claudio looked after us very well. As the local road was closed for bikes due to a landslip, Claudio ferried us and our bikes from Resia to the hotel - exceptional service. The hotel is in a picturesque setting.
