The apartment was advertised to include breakfast - this was not the case, they said it changed this year, but we booked and paid expecting it.

Apartment was fantastic, great city location. Walk outside to a great pizza restuarant, 5-10min walk to supermarket. 2 bathrooms, very modern kitchen, beds were comfortable. Roof top terrace was nice. Washing machine and 2 washing lines was great to catch up on washing.

I highly recommend B&B Starview as a vacation destination. The apartment was centrally located, very clean and very well equipped - all kitchen items you would need & plenty of towels & linens. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful bonus! We loved the town of Vico Equense - very quaint, wonderful restaurants & stores, access to beaches and to the train to take you to Sorrento, Pompeii and Naples. Aurelio and his Mom are fantastic hosts. Aurelio was in contact with us thru What's App before and throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. They brought us fruit & delicious pastries each morning. They also had cookies, water & juice to greet us when we arrived. We felt so comfortable & welcome in this apartment.

We loved it!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Vico Equense is a great base for exploring, less touristy than Sorrento etc and better beaches. The apartment is very central to restaurants etc and only 10 mins from the station where you can easily access all the sights. As other reviews said there are stairs in this property, but if you struggle with stairs then maybe the region itself isn’t ideal as there are stairs everywhere. The hosts are fantastic, very friendly and brought gorgeous croissants every morning for breakfast…an unexpected bonus!

Everything was fantastic.

Both Aurelio and his mother were brilliant hosts. Aurelio went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and maintained clear and consistent communication to get us everything we needed in a timely manner. He was incredibly quick to respond and made sure we felt completely welcome and prepared for traveling in and around the coast. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable and perfect for our time in Vico. The balcony was a huge plus and offered fantastic panoramic views of the city and was a perfect apot to enjoy the delicious croissants from a nearbt bakery for breakfast that Aurelio provided along with fresh fruit every morning. Delcious espresso from the espresso machine as well! My family had an incredible time and very grateful to enjoy Vico and the Amalfi coast from Aurelio’s place. We would love to return again sometime. 100% recommend this stay.

noise until early morning, especially on the weekend (honking cars, motor cycles, people from restaurant across the street) due to the very central location in Vico (trade-off) rooms are connected via opening in ceiling and opening from kitchen to second bedroom, therefore less privacy

Great location in the center of Vico (a nice town at the Golf of Sorrent), not as busy as Sorrent walking distance to train station, beach, restaurants, bars... great roof terrace very nice hosts delivering cornetti as breakfast, giving recommendations and storing luggage after check-out

It was fine for us but if you are infirm there are a dozen steps to reach the apartment. The stairs leading to the main upstairs bedroom and bathroom are narrower and steeper than normal but there are bannisters to help. If this were a problem there is another bedroom and small bathroom on the entrance floor.

Set in a secure gated courtyard, metres from the town centre but you'd never know it with the windows closed. 5 minutes walk to train with views of Vesuvius, buses are closer still. Fully equipped kitchen oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. Good air-con unit. 2 TV's. Great enclosed rooftop terrace with deckchairs, table and chairs for dining and sails for shade if required, along with lighting and electrical sockets. Aurelio or his mother brought fresh pastries each morning for breakfast. His mother speaks little English but Aurelio is very fluent. They are both lovely. Communication with Aurelio over WhatsApp was excellent and very reassuring. Vico Equense is a lovely small town, just 10 minutes from Sorrento on the train. The Curreri Viaggi airport bus stops just around the corner (100m) We are very happy that we chose here.

Very good localization, restaurants and shops just under the apartment, super clean, really nice smell in apartment, contact with hosts was perfect, they were very interested about everything, delicious and fresh breakfest every day, in the apartment was everything what you need and even more! We are very impressed and we would like to come back for sure! We recommend this apartment to everybody!

I do not have anything negative to say about this property. I enjoyed my stay and was able to do everything. I will say this, if you do not like stairs, this place may not be for you.

This is what I loved about this property. The property was clean, smelled fresh, and comfortable. Upon our arrival, Aurelio and his mother Teresa were waiting or us in front of the property. They were able to guide us to the paid parking located just a five minute walk. When we entered, they had provided us with a welcome gift. There was fruit, juice and cookies for us to enjoy. There are 2 full bathrooms equipped with enough towels to accomodate 5 people for 3 days. Every cabinet I opened contained clean towels and bedding. If you need to do laundry, there is a washing machine and a line to hang out your clothes. The first floor contained a full bathroom, a bedroom, a pullout bed and the kitchen. The second floor contained a bedroom, a full bathroom and the door leading to the rooftop area. The rooftop area was a relaxing space to eat and see parts of the city. This property is walkable for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. One thing for sure, is that Aurelio and Teresa will make sure you have everything you need. Aurelio made sure he had our breakfast order (because of course breakfast was included). It is delivered at your convenience. Breakfast consists of the traditional Italian pastries and coffee. When it was time for us to leave, Teresa brought us a parting gift. What??? Never has this happened to us. It was the kindest of gestures and we really appreciated it. If you are hesitating about this property, do not hesitate. It's worth the money.

Beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean accommodation in a great location in Vico Equense. Aurelio and his mother are fantastic hosts and looked after us very well during our stay. I highly recommend staying at Starview B&B when in Vico.

There wasn't a single thing we could fault. Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was lovely, sent to the apartment from a local pasticeria every morning on time. We couldn't have asked for a better location.
