Reviews of B&B Termini Colosseo Suite

It was a very clean and spacious place. The staff were very polite and helpful. I lost my bag in a restaurant and they took care of me and helped me find my bag. They were very kind-hearted and honest people. Everything was great. We felt like we were at home.

Purity was prompt and helpful

We couldn’t run the water in the shower continuously. The entire bathroom floor would flood. It’s unclear if there was a drain problem or if the floor sloped toward the toilet. Also, no one can control this, but a neighbor in the hallway arrived home around 1:30 am and it sounded like he/she dragged a metal can across the floor. It was very loud.

Breakfast was good, generous amount, and convenient. Location was good to get to the Colliseum. Find the place standing at the front door wasn't clear, but the owner replay my message very quick and allowed us to check in a bit early than the oficial time.

To be fair for what we paid there were a few issues with the bathroom facilities. The sink was blocked all the time water was not draining properly , toilet top lead was wobbly, a bit of leaking down the batroom sink. Shower head was brocken and good part of the water escaped through the side down the wall. Also we were withouth electricity in the middle off the night and the emergency light illuminated all the room all night, and oviuosly no way to turn it off, but after reaching out to the owner he fixed the issue the following day. The area where the B&B is located looks very old, dirty and unsafe, even when we didn't experiwnced any inconvinience.

Water is not really hot but more like warm/lukewarm. And pillows a bit too hard

Location is very near to termini breakfast is satisfied. Host is really good and provided the all the required information. Stay is pleasant.

The staff was very kind, very attentive to our arrival time. The mattress was super comfortable. The showers, good pressure. Good space for families,very quiet.

Hard pillow and something's to fix on the bathroom

The beds were very hard. The garden is a courtyard that you cannot access and probably don’t want to. There is no natural light within the room. The kitchen is a shared kitchen which is not advertised. Very very noisy guests despite complaining about this and assurances from the owner this happened again the following night.
