The landlord is very interested and helpful. The house is in a nice location. Cleanliness and comfort are at a medium level. If I go to Rome again, I will consider staying there.

    Overall, there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Breakfast was served in the morning. They allowed us to keep our bags after check-out

The front lock had issues and we were unable to lock it ourselves. The towels are old and hard and rough on the skin. They need to change them. The front of the building had garbage bins and is smelly and unfavorable site. The hot water run out on us. There were amenities such TV, AC, but no remote for them. The shower head had issues, and taking a shower is not conducive.

    Property response:

I arrived in 6 minutes, as fast as I can after you contacted me and worked perfectly show to you; in Rome, being a metropolitan city with billion people, there are rubbish bins every 2 metres, there is an entire water heater just for your room full of hot water, the remote controls are in the bedside tables, I would have shown it to you right away if you asked me, I had to throw away the towels, they were all red and dirty with make-up, impossible to remove stains in the laundry Best regards

Was clean and the location was good, the cleaner lady who served the breakfast was polite and kind

No cooker and washing machine, all the breakfasts were the same, no milk no egg no facilities to fry anything by ourselves, no washer for 7 days, no worthy for the price

    Property response:

It's a b&b so means room and breakfast, no where is written on the site that there is washing machine or fry something, instead It is forbidden from the law cooking in b&b in Italy. as I told you upon your arrival, you were wrong, you were looking for an entire apartment, and as I explained there is a laundry just down the road, so easy. we offer Italian breakfast and more I added ham and and bread and yogurt and cheese, plus the fresh milk you were given every day, so I don't understand why you say there was no milk, we did everything we could Best regards

Location is very good and though the AC wasn't strong as blocked by the TV monitor and wardrobe, it helped that there was a fan too.

Breakfast was poorly. No choice of cereal or cheese for those who do not eat meat. Plaisn croissants should always be available and choice of orange juice besides the nectarine juices provided. Room needs more plugs.

    Property response:

the air conditioning works perfectly, but with 40 degrees in Rome at this moment, the difference is too much, I didn't know you couldn't eat meat, if you told me I wouldn't give you ham or salami but I would have given you other cheeses, the same goes for croissants, I buy them every morning at the bar filled with jam, I would have definitely bought plain croissants instantly, the same with the juice, we supply pre-packaged pear and peach juices in glass, if I knew I would have made orange juice. in addition to the 3 plugs there is also a power strip on the table, a total of 6 plugs, more counting those in the bathroom, they are a lot, but I would have provided you with another power strip with plugs, I'm so sorry but everything would have worked out if you told me

Clean. All necessary things inside room - hairdryer, TV, fresh towels. Room was with balcony. Bad was comfortable. Polite woman prepared for us breakfast every morning. 15 min from metro-station, 3 min from bus-stop. Lidl in 10 min.

Classic bed-and-breakfast. Room only for sleeping. Breakfast very light. Shower-cabin very small. There is no carpet on the floor. In the real life - it's a 3-room apartment that has been rebuilt to the 3 separate rooms with lobby and kitchen.

It was clean, the staff was very polite. Location is ok, it's a bit far from the attractions, but very well connected by bus, tram and metro. Acomodation is very basic, as well as the breakfast. Nothing special.

The smell from the cooking in the building, and the noise from the street.
