Hello Susana, unfortunately, Naples is a seaside city, so it’s quite normal for the city to be humid especially during the time of year you visited. However, I would like to point out that our room is very dry, and we take all necessary measures against humidity; in fact, we have both an air conditioner and a dehumidifier in the room. As for breakfast, before our guests arrive, we always ask if they have any specific preferences. If we don’t receive a response, we provide a wide selection of packaged products, in accordance with hygiene regulations, since all food items must have an expiration date as required by Italian law. The fridge is restocked daily with yogurt, milk, fresh products like kefir, water, as well as a coffee machine, kettle for tea and chamomile, sweet biscuit and salted. We’re sorry your experience wasn’t as positive as that of our other guests. Sometimes, if something isn’t to your liking, it’s enough to simply let us know we always do our best to satisfy our guests. Kind regards, Tipico
