The location was perfect. It was close to everything yet far enough away from the high traffic and touristy areas. Everything was walkable withing 20 minutes.

Amazing host. So easy to contact. He gave incredible recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities in the area. The location is 10/10, easy walking distance to all the main sights. Gorgeous apartment, everything you need and more!

All good , only that it’s on the first floor so anyone unable to carry own luggage may find this not good ; no lift .

A really good accommodation; in the perfect spot , clean, good facilities, good air conditioning given it was very hot weather . Owner very friendly & prompt ; to answer any questions and give recommendations of what to do or where to eat in the local area.

It was very central and fully renovated apartment. The host was very knowledgeable and shared many activities to be done in Ortigia and Syracuse and nearby. Also had some stuff to eat and drink in the kitchen.

Perfect location in Ortigia for exploring the city. Comfortable and spacious space with a small kitchenette and balcony and terrace. Andrea went by far above and beyond with recommendations and parking assistance!

Very nice apartment. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, historical areas, and swimming access. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. They offered suggestions for local activities and restaurants. We loved Ortigia. 10/10

The only small downside is that we could easily here the scooters pass by in the street despite having the windows closed.

Amazing location, very easy to find. The host is very helpful and helped us find parking for our car! The apartment is great, with a cute little terrasse to enjoy a meal and relax.

The location was very central and by the sea, very convenient with a parking lot nearby. Andrea was super communicative and gave loads of local recommendations, even allowing us a late check out. Everything was clean and perfect for a weekend stay.

I brought a two pin European adapter plug and it only worked in one plug ( in the bathroom) - the other plugs were a different style so make sure you have both types . The fact it had limited natural light was only a small thing- the shutters meant it stayed cool which was much needed . I would still book again . I could not find a hair dryer or iron - it may be important to other people .

The location was wonderful being on the outer edge of Ortigia but within easy walking distance to all sites, shops , cafes etc on that side of the bridge . I had to get a taxi from the bus station due to luggage but I estimate 20-25 mins from Siracusa itself . The location was mostly quiet and nearby to the sea front . The bedding and bed were super comfortable. I didn’t read the details properly but the breakfast provided is a pre packets of biscuits / toast and jam rather than fresh but this was enough because there are so many cafes in the town . The agent looking after me on behalf of the owner was extremely helpful , Andrea - he contacted me on Whatapp just after I booked, he provided me with bus time tables to and from the airport and provided details for restaurants / cafes and sight seeing . The shared terrace was quiet although no view - it’s very peaceful and there was a dividing trellis for my apartment on the first floor ( family apartment ). The taxi could pull up outside so was easy . There is a set of stairs to reach the first floor rather than a lift . The apartment had a fridge and kettle , microwave , hob, air conditioning , beautiful decor . It was very cool inside . Around the corner from the sea and walking distance from pebbled bathing areas . It was self check in and out which was easy and well communicated . I travelled alone and felt very safe . The building is a conversation of a traditional building so there is occasional transfer of noise ( voices) but not during the evening / night time . It also has shutters so no window view as such but the locality is so stunning to wander around that it did not bother me . I would stay here again and for the location , it see near to everything but far enough for peace .

Absolutely perfect stay! We recently spent a week at Case Triscele in Ortigia and couldn't have asked for a better location, space, or host. The apartment was ideally situated within walking distance to all the best restaurants and cafes, right by the water. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience—we can't wait to come back!
