The steps up to property with no lift - very difficult to manage suitcases. We were on our vacation for relaxing and rest but woken daily by builders as early as 7:45am which was frustrating!

I think there could be more effort put into room details. The walls need a fresh coat of paint due to all the different markings. The mattress toppers definitely need to be cleaned better.

You can’t advertise croissant and coffee as breakfast, need to either change that or not advertise it as a benefit. Also, you cannot put parking available at a nearby location when the parking is at least 3km away, and your car is not easily accessible, you need to talk to the owner of the parking space in order to take something from the car if you forgot something inside.

The room was brand new, stylish, great amenities, very comfortable. Impeccably clean, has coffee and purified water free of charge constantly. Host is responsive, always on service for anything.

We couldn’t control all of the functions of the jacuzzi and it turned off a few times.

The whole room was clean and tidy, bed was really comfortable and cozy.

Location was central, ideal to roam around or to walk directly to the Marina of Vietri. The host was very friendly, and available. I needed something that was not in the room, and he was kind enough to bring it at the room, even if late at night (10pm). Loved the bathtub!

Stains on the bed blanket, cleaning lady came at 10am, problem with parking a car (finally we found free parking a while from apartment)

There were ants in the bathroom, which came into the bedroom because we had some leftover cookies there. By morning, all the cookies were covered it ants and we had to throw it away. The staff did clean it, but there were ants again the next day. The blow drier also short circuited, which was quite dangerous as there were electricity sparks & a little fire next to the sink. The blow drier was replaced the same day though. We also wouldn’t call it a B&B as we only saw the host for 5 minutes during checkin. The breakfast also only contained 1 croissant and a coffee in a local café. This café also didn’t have many other breakfast items, so getting something additional/something else wasn’t really an option.So, the “breakfast” part of B&B is certainly lacking. Towels were also very tiny. My girlfriend is 1m56 and even the biggest towel wasn’t big enough. Also no elevator available, so we had to carry our luggage to the third floor.

Modern room and the bathtub was a very nice addition. There was free water, tea and coffee. It was located in a very cozy street, close to public transport.

the room is super small, you can’t open the curtains of the balcony due to the proximity with other buildings. it is on the third floor without elevator and gets super noisy at 8:00 when they start the cleaning of the rooms since each room is literally next to each other with no sound cancellation system. definitely overpriced

the room is nicely decorated, the bed is comfortable and there is a water dispenser accessible at any time just outside the room

No lift so had to carry our big bag up the stairs which was ok as we could manage.

Really enjoyed the location, enjoyed the facilities and the building itself was great.
