How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location close to beaches, convenient as a base to visit Etna, Taormina and surroudings if you are by car. The B&B is a house with garden, bedrooms are on the first floor and tables for breakfast on the ground floor. Free and easy parking outside the property. Amazing breakfast with a huge variety of pastries, cakes, eggs, homemade jams and fresh fruit. Chiara is a great host, friendly, helpful and always available to give tips.

We had a pleasant stay overnight during our travelling around the beautiful island. The communication from the owner was excellent, they even checked us in later, which was really appreciated. They even gave us breakfast 30 minutes earlier, as we have to leave for a sightseeing tour. The most amazing breakfast you can imagine, thank you. The bathroom, the room and the bed was amazing.

The property was super clean in quiet neighborhood very close to the beach and all others tourist areas. The breakfast was great. Way better than most of the hotels we visited. It’s not excruciation to say that it’s worth visiting that place just for 100% Italian breakfast.

The B&B is a house with garden, bedrooms are on the first floor and tables for breakfast on the ground floor. Facilities are great and breakfast is homemade by the owners which was delicious and full of fruits grown by them. Parking is free in front of the property (lots of spaces).

Wi-fi was not working
It’s a cute B&B near Taormina, hosts were welcoming and enable our check-in at the time that was convenient for us. Parking was free in front of the accommodation. Breakfast we had here was one of the best in our whole stay in Sicily - really nice, and so many options.

The villa is new with modern facilities and big room. They also have a terrace where you can serve the breakfast. The breakfast was very good with multiple choices and a great omelette. :) We staid on the second floor with 2 children. Chiara was a very nice host and everything was great. Another good aspect is that there is a free parking right near the villa.

Truth be told we loved everything: the room is modern and well-equipped, has a big balcony; the bed is comfortable; the host, Chiara, is very friendly and easygoing; breakfast was really good and plenty, included a variety of savory and sweet foods. Even our cappuccinos had a smile 😉. Location of the place is ideal for discovering the nearby attractions (Taormina, Savoca, Etna...).

It's impossible not to like. Highly recommended.
Breakfast was exceptional, and that doesn't do it justice. Lovely owners. Quiet location but literally just around the corner is a great high street with shops, bars, and restaurants... Visit the steakhouse most definitely. We absolutely LOVED our stay here. If we could come back; we would. Brilliant.

I was hoping for more restaurants in this quaint community. There is a Steak house restaurant which is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.They have some great shopping stores just walking distance away.
Breakfast was plentiful and the staff was great. The location was very nice in a safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. You receive a set of color coded keys with total access. A beautiful park is located across the street where our dog was able to relieve himself for morning walks.
