Hello, me and my boyfriend have stayed at the B&B for two nights and are very satisfied with the cleanliness, hospitality of the owner, and room service. The room in general is very clean, comfortable bed with multiple pillows. The B&B also has two open areas to spend time. Even though the one that can be accessed from the room is shared with others, it is still very nice and chill. The B&B is also very near to the nicest views of Leuca, and I’m looking forward to staying there again.

The room was heavily scented when we came and even after a long time trying to air it out the smell was overpowering and very bothersome. In the future it would be best to avoid heavy scents. Very basic breakfast certainly needs improvement, apart from fresh croissants there were only biscuits type of food and apples, tea was barely warm, felt the water from tap is warmer than the tea we were served. It would be useful to have a designated area for smoking far from rooms. If you get a smoker next door and they smoke on the shared terrace the cigarette smell gets into your room, so can’t leave French doors open or enjoy terrace, not so great for someone with respiratory illnesses.

Modern accommodation tastefully decorated with comfy bed, patio and parking on the road next to the property. There is a lounge with tv that guests can use, would be nice if it had tea/coffee station though as that is not provided in the room. Great location, few minutes walk to seafront and restaurants.

Beautiful location and cosy room,literally 3min walk from the center of leuca,plenty of parking for your car.Room was perfect clean and breakfast in the morning was full of choices. Staff were polite and they give us many tips about what to see and where to dine in. Definitely recommend.

Brand new, modern, clean, spacious, located in new quarter of the city (village), amazing terrace, FREE parking area, 3 minute by foot from Leuca centre, bars, restaurants, beach - 15 minutes from the port and boat trips starting point (caves). Absolutely amazing place, a super friendly host with amazing smile and italian soul.

The position of the property was perfect and the free parking was nice. The staff was very nice with tons of tips about places to visit.

No beach towels provided so we had to buy some. As this is a coastal town I would have liked beach towels to be provided.

I felt it could have a few more kitchen utensils and some wine glasses. The outdoor area would be great with a glass of wine in hand

This is a brand new property close to the main street, restaurants, and the beach, with a large deck area that would be great on hot days. The room and bathroom are large and the breakfast room is big and bright. Breakfast is fairly basic (croissants, yoghurt, juice) but the coffee (most important element!) is excellent. Secure storage for our bikes. The host - Pina - was friendly and helpful.

I only didn't like the way signals were written -- such as it's forbidden, it's not allow VS the clients are invited too... the regulations sounded more like a list of order VS invitation.

The place is nice, new and comfy. It has a big terrace on which you can watch the stars, and have a dinner. Each room has one one. The place is clean and there is a fridge in the room. All good and it met my expectation. There is no view from the property. This is the only petty I could say. For the rest, people were very nice and everything was very clean.

First day the breackfast was really nothing. We told the host and she made a very good effort to please us the next day. Very very kind of her!
