We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyUnfortunately my pillowcase was non changed prior my arrival (I found hairs on it) and I had to put a towel on it. Although, I am sure that if I asked, the host would have changed it, but I was just embarrassed to..
The host was amazing!! She is very helpful and always available, even late in the evening, or during the night; we stayed here for a concert and I had to contact her at 1am to ask for a taxi number as we really didn’t know how to come back to B&B as all the service were not available..

United KingdomProperty itself made us feel like at home, there was everything what anyone would need from simple kitchen things till first aid and shoe polishing stuff. Everything was clean and host was very helpful and was checking if we are ok while there. Place is very close to the Naples town with Metro took us 10 minutes. We were lucky to find parking near property on the street which gets full very quickly.

Beautiful apartments with everything you need and even more! Super clean bedroom , kitchen and bath. Our host Rosetta is one of the kindest person I ever met. She gave us ton of recommendations with stuff to do around the city and beyond, always stayed in touch during the entire trip and asking if we need anything.

LithuaniaThe apartments are very quiet. You can't hear street noise or airplanes. We didn't hear any neighbors for a week. Quiet and peaceful house. The bed is comfortable. Clean. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking. White towels! Shampoos, soaps. Not far from Garibaldi station. Coop store nearby. There is an elevator in the house.

HungaryWell-equipped apartment in a great location. You can find everything you need. The area is quiet and the bed is comfortable. The Wi-Fi is good. The owner is very friendly, always available to help and can also recommend activities and tips for the stay. The only downside is that the apartment faces an inner courtyard with no sunshine and the heating is provided by a single air conditioner located in the bedroom. Overall, we were satisfied and enjoyed our time, thank you!
