Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomCompletely understand it's an old house so they are still fixing some things but the wifi didn't work at all in our room so it's inconvenient if you are on a foreign mobile contract. It did work in other parts of the palazzo though, but if you rent a suite, everything has to work. Aircon/heaters very noisy and so it's the Wc after flushing so it can be disrupting at night. They also should leave more amenities (again, since it's a suite): we had a bottle of water and glasses but no kettle and tea / coffee facilities. We could get these outside our room, in the nearby breakfast room, but it required a bit of a treasure hunt to find cups / teaspoon, and we couldn't really operate the big coffee machine. They have a nespresso machine too but only decaf capsule. I think if they sorted out these little touches, it would be a true luxury experience matching the beauty of the palazzo. That said we still throughly enjoyed our stay so Michele and family should keep up the good work.
Stunning historic palazzo in the old part of the town of Fermo. The ceiling in our suite was majestic. Roll top bath and bathrobes are a great touch of luxury. The host, Michele is very friendly and helpful. They provide parking permits upon request which is very handy..

United KingdomNo official parking and difficult to find a spot. The shower needs tidying up, bathrooms are very important when away from home.
Location amazing, right in the history centre. Authentic faded glory property full of original epherema. Hosts very friendly and chatty. Hostess lovely. Bed very comfortable.
