Stunning historic palazzo in the old part of the town of Fermo. The ceiling in our suite was majestic. Roll top bath and bathrobes are a great touch of luxury. The host, Michele is very friendly and helpful. They provide parking permits upon request which is very handy..

Completely understand it's an old house so they are still fixing some things but the wifi didn't work at all in our room so it's inconvenient if you are on a foreign mobile contract. It did work in other parts of the palazzo though, but if you rent a suite, everything has to work. Aircon/heaters very noisy and so it's the Wc after flushing so it can be disrupting at night. They also should leave more amenities (again, since it's a suite): we had a bottle of water and glasses but no kettle and tea / coffee facilities. We could get these outside our room, in the nearby breakfast room, but it required a bit of a treasure hunt to find cups / teaspoon, and we couldn't really operate the big coffee machine. They have a nespresso machine too but only decaf capsule. I think if they sorted out these little touches, it would be a true luxury experience matching the beauty of the palazzo. That said we still throughly enjoyed our stay so Michele and family should keep up the good work.

Location amazing, right in the history centre. Authentic faded glory property full of original epherema. Hosts very friendly and chatty. Hostess lovely. Bed very comfortable.

No official parking and difficult to find a spot. The shower needs tidying up, bathrooms are very important when away from home.
