The location in a rural setting was very quiet with a lovely view. The room and bathroom were a good size. The breakfast was basic but plentiful.

The smell from the animals coming into the bedroom when the window was open.

Lovely B&B in a beautiful rural setting with kind owners! Marina was so sweet to us-she ordered us pizza when we arrived exhausted and hungry and drive us back to the train station the next morning. The room was spacious and comfy and the breakfast was tasty. Note that it is a bit outside of Belluno, so plan for a ~30 minute walk or short taxi ride if you arrive by train or bus.

We had a lovely stay. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful views—perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Amazingly beautiful and picturesque location with extremely friendly hosts and very nice accommodations.

The only thing that was less than ideal was the lack of air conditioning to cool the room down during a hot time of year.

Family farmhouse just outside Belluno. Nice, clean room with garden view. Very nice And helpful host Marina. Good breakfast included. Free parking included.

The days were extremely warm so we would have appreciated air conditioning in the room, but with the shutters closed the temperature in the room was quite good.

A beautiful rural house. Our room was huge and looked out to the vast green lawn. Sheep and goats were in a stall. A beautiful location with mountain backdrop. Marina was a really lovely host. We would definitely book again if ever we come back to Italy.

Loved the peaceful location as our base to explore the Belluno Dolomites. Beautiful views, a lovely vibe, comfortable bed & good shower. The complimentary breakfast was great & abundant with options. Marina was a very kind & attentive host, helping whenever needed. Thank you, Marina, for all the restaurant recommendations & the clear directions for arriving to the property. Also, we arrived early & were able to safely leave our luggage till check in time. Grazie mille, Marina. We wish you all the best.

It was unfortunate that we didn't have access to WiFi for the whole duration of our stay (4× nights). It's one of the things I look for before booking. Marina was very apologetic about the situation.

Everything was very clean, the place is amazing, and the owner is very kind! Breakfast was excellent, we had such a nice time staying there!

Wonderful location, surrounded by green and mountains. The hosts were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast is rich with croissants, ham, cheese, yogurts, marmalade and good coffee. Definitely would come back! Thanks for your hospitality!

Clean, quiet, large rooms, views

No Air conditioner. It’s hot on second floor on a summer. Otherwise great stay.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Nice outlook from rooms Late arrival was not a problem.

The room is generous in size and shows a recent renovation. The bathroom is also pretty big and with modern standards. Plenty of parking possibilities. Rooms are available both on ground floor and on upper floor, the former is recommended if you have heavy baggage because there's no lift.

There's no Wi-Fi. Although there's plenty of space for parking, this has to be done in specific places to avoid upsetting neighbours.
