Arriving after 8pm we were charged a fee, which we have only learnt about on the day.

The view from Room 2 was amazing. The street is so pretty and the location is fantastic. The room was huge and well appointed, it had everything I needed, including an amazing shower.

I wish I had known the entrance was through a beautiful door into a parking garage which was quite dark. The street can be quite noisy in the night with cars driving by, although this had stopped by 11.30pm. .

Fantastic location and friendly, professional staff. Well-equipped room with mini-fridge. It was nice and quiet inside the building which was welcome.

The mattress was too hard for my personal taste

Clean, comfortable and close to the city center. Very nice view from 3-beds room.

Rooms are on 2nd floor. There is a lift, but during the stay it blocked some people inside once. Additional tax which was not mentioned during reservation was added during check-in.

Amazing accommodation and the host. If you are looking for something that looks like a hotel but don't want to stay in one this is the place. The entire building is beautiful, the rooms are built in the highest quality. Very spacy with a comfortable bed. It's just 3 minutes walk from everything. This was our last stop on our 10 days travel through Sicily. We stayed only for 2 days but wish we stayed longer.

Was not happy, check out was 11am.Was sent a message at 9.50am to be out of the room at 10.am. This was not acceptable and was inconvenient. Was very disappointed

The room itself was large, clean. Bathroom was great.

I only saw one staff member when I checked in and he was in a rush to get away. A bit rude and not particularly helpful. He didn’t have any maps of the town. I didn’t see another person in that establishment at all. I was possibly the only guest there. The entrance on the ground floor was dark and not very welcoming. There is a lift to the second floor but the internal area although safe is just not welcoming.

Very central, just behind the Cathedral and within easy reach of everything.

It was just a room and there was little light. Very warm, even though it’s October, but the A/C didn’t make much difference. I asked about a taxi but was told there were none in Noto. I asked at Tourist Information and was given a number, which l left in the room for future guests with large luggage, to get to the train station. This is otherwise about a 20 minute walk. The bus stop is closer, just by the public gardens. This is not obvious on maps of the town. You can get breakfast at a Patisserie, just along the via Cavour.

The apartment was amazingly clean and big space. Located in the heart of Noto historical attractions. The owner of the property was incredibly welcoming and helpful of everything. I would definitely come back!

Very convenient location - comfortable bed, nice hot shower - all that I required for a one night stay. Flexibility so that I could check in early, room was available straight away... ticked all the boxes/ fully met my expectations

My preference is to pay before I arrive - but I may not have ticked the box, so this might be down to me rather than the property. My only issues were with the town rather than with the property

The location is perfect, right in the center of Noto and 20 minutes walk from the train station !
