Broken furniture and rooms wasn't clean enough

The rooms are a bit old fashioned and scary! The sofabed was all torn and the rooms need a huge renovation! Several spiders and spider webs were noticed in the shower and insects were also noticed in the room!! Didn't close a night during the night 😞

The location of the B&B and the surroundings were very nice to get to them by car. A very good morning breakfast provided!

I'm a little sad that we didn't stay here and experience the old farmhouse life at least a bit, but the other property was on the lake - so yay! Hotel Lido, however, doesn't have really comfortable beds. We didn't mind because we were really tired, so we immediately fell asleep, but maybe for someone this could be an issue.

Firstly, we stayef at a different property, as there were some issues in this one, but they sent us a message well before our check in and asked if it is okay to stay at their other property - to which we said of course. The property we stayed at is just on the lake (Hotel Lido) and we really had no problems here. I really don't understand why other guests are complaining - of course it's not a 5 star hotel, you get what you pay for. And for what we paid (very cheap) you get: 1. Amazing view 2. Nice breakfast 3. Clean room, really big and comfy towels 4. A wonderful and friendly woman at the reception 5. Free parking 6. Excellent wifi connection 7. Peace and quiet So, we enjoyed our stay here and recommend it, as it is great value for the price. It's a decent hotel :)

every thing dirty

Where to start? Building and grounds shabby and uncared for, room adequate but mosquito nets broken, so unable to have windows open. Musty smell everywhere in the house. Bathroom not very clean. Not a comfortable place to stay. Owner not very welcoming or helpful (asked for some ice but none available apparently). Pool closed, but we weren't made aware of that until booking was confirmed.

The location was peaceful but the access was very difficult (unless driving 4x4 vehicle or similar)

Peaceful location....the fireflies in the garden at night were magical . The hosts were helpful and very friendly despite the language barrier ( our lack of knowledge there!)

It is a minor thing, but was a bit too hot in the room, we just came from a air conditioning place, so is just a personal thing. But must say that would no stop me to return.

The all area, the place is in the middle of nowhere, right in the middle of vineyards, so peaceful, beautiful, the host was amazing.

Unfortunately the price doesn’t match the accomodation in my opinion. There is a lot of potential to improve. If you obviously see dog hair on the carpet in the room and the area around the sink and tab isn’t clean as well as there are cobwebs on the ceiling, I can’t confirm it’s clean. The house dog might be cute but shouldn’t be allowed to join breakfast and should be well educated to not bark at 6:00 in the morning. The whole house is rural which is nice in general but you can hear everything.

The owner and host Guiliana is very kind and caring. Unfortunately she doesn’t speak any other language than Italian. But if you can speak French or Spanish you will find each other understanding :-) The place is very calm, besides some barking dogs in the neighborhood. The garden and surroundings are very beautiful and nice. The gravel road is good enough for every car :-)

You need to drive 5 minutes to the hotel on a very bad road with gravel, this was really hard for us. The rooms are really old and uncared-for. There was a really different smell in the rooms. It was really cold and we try warm ourshelf with a little electrical warmer. There were no any soap, we bought it from supermarket.

the owner of the property was really nice however she can only speak Italian.

Don't come with a very sporty car, the way to the property is a little narrow.

Colazione was diverse and tasty, coffee amazing. The hosts are very warm, welcoming and caring. The building and the environment are absolutely beautiful. Would definitely come back for a longer stay.
