We do not agree with what is indicated in the negative notes, but we do not argue too much so as not to lower ourselves to your level but we point out to make the vs. fantasies... You disagree about our POSITION, but before booking it is well indicated WHERE WE ARE and therefore you were aware of our. location in the city. You have left a negative note on the SERVICES, but those indicated before booking as ESSENTIAL SERVICES have been offered to you with excellence. You denigrated our FAMILY regarding SERVICES WITH PARTNERS but you did not realize that you had used ADDITIONAL EXTERNAL SERVICES not even present in other on-site facilities. In addition to this, you have been NOT respectful of the RULES AND CONDITIONS of the house and for this reason you have acted towards us in a non-respectful, rude and haughty tone of uncivilized people. In the list of complaints you have judged services that are not even mentioned in the reservation just to wander the imagination and denigrate what you have not paid for only with the arrogance of a vain claim. Please note that LUXURY SERVICES in any structure in the world are paid for separately and are not expected regardless of everything.
