It felt a little unsafe at night since the location itself it’s inside a gallery and starting with 7-8 pm all sort of strange people were in front of the flat…

The location was perfect-nearby the train station and close to the funicular too. Our host was really nice!

Noisy at night when people come back to the rooms, due to a shared entrance to all the rooms.

Room was clean ideal for a two night stay, big bathroom and a small fridge the owner met us inside the property to hand over the keys.

Poor choice for breakfast. Flight was delayed & airport security queues were horrendous at bergamo airport meaning we arrived at the property much later than expected due to no fault of our own & was told that property was closing in 10 mins if we didn’t get there asap

More as a suggestion: it would be nice to have an anti-mosquito net on the windows in the room as they tend to fly in during the night if the window is opened.

Top location - 10 minutes from the Città Alta by walking, 5 minutes from the "shopping street" of XX Settembre and 2 minutes from the station / airport shuttle bus stop. A personal tea kettle in the room is a nice touch.

We had some trouble finding the entrance. It is inside the gallery. Google Maps shows the wrong way. Some instructions on Booking would be helpful.

Quite difficult to find. Front door is shared with other buildings in a small shopping centre. Having 4 keys to carry around was a bit of a nuisance.

Very nice place and comfortable for short stay. Location is perfect - 5 min from the railway station and close to the city center. Owners are responsive and nice. We booked a room with own bathroom which was spacious, clean, and nice. There is self-served breakfast I side the apartment as well which is great if you are in a hurry and leaving very early in the morning.

It is inevitable because of the structure -- a series of rooms with thin walls -- so noise travels. Don't come here if you are not prepared for that. I was fine sleeping with earplugs.

There was a climate control system in the room, but we could not find the remote to use it for cooling the room.

Excellent location - 4 min walk from the train station and in the center of the city. A good place to stay featuring rooftop-terrace, shared kitchen and pre-set breakfast elements. Since we had to leave at 4 AM the self-served and pre-set breakfast was very handy. The kitchen is stocked with milk, water, yoghurts, serials, tea, coffee and our breakfast tray had prepacked toast, croissants etc... There was also a push-button-to-make-a-coffee machine but we did not use it :) Shops and restaurants are everywhere around.

thin walls so you can hear everything on the upper floors and around you (including super noisy coffeemaker in the joint kitchen :)- but with ear plugs i can;t complain:)

Very good contact with host, clean place ,window blinds made it very comfy to sleep , fantastic location - close to the main street and bus to the airport, good pizzerias and restaurants nearby, room was equipped with all that we needed.
