If you go to Levanto go to this place! The hospitality is great, the view is nice and the breakfast is amazing. Everything about this trip was amazing. The people were really sweet despite our small language barrier. They have homemade Limoncello with Lemons from their garden and it is very good! The pool is very refreshing and nice and overall the place is very calming.

The warm breakfast is not held warm so if you have breakfast later on, your eggs are cold but it still tastes amazing!

The location , and the vibe are nice and the hotel is clean .

The owner is STINGY . Towels provided only once , no coffee or water on the room . Breakfast is from 7:45 until 9:30 am not even 2 hours After check out , he stopped us from using the pool even for only 1 hour ! 640 euro for 3 days is too much for this service .

Amazing stay! Carlo and Monica are the sweetest, we felt very welcome

This place is a gem. Carlo and Monica are excellent hosts. The location just up from Levanto provides a quiet and peaceful stay. The grounds are well kept, the pool was a great place to go after a long day hiking the Cinque Terre trails. Breakfast was also excellent. The parking passes for the train station parking lot are a nice extra.

It was a pleasure to stay at Vignola. Everything is clean and tidy. Room was big had small fridge. Only the mattress was a bit too hard. Big bathroom and had a small window too. Good shower and the Airco was working perfectly and quite. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Private parking is a plus. And you get a parking card for Levanto so you don't need to pay the parking. I let my car neer the train station of Levanto and took the train to visit Cinque Terre. No Stress. The breakfast was amazing. Lot's of things to choose from. Salty and nice sweet pastry homemade. For my next trip to Cinque Terre I'll definitely choose again this location.

I liked leaving the accomodation. Read what I didnt like for more clarity.

We walked in the hotel early in the evening, turn on the air condition and stayed there for a while. Temperature, after 3 hours or so, did not cool down. Clearly it was not working. I walked down the starwayscand knocked the reception door. The owner (a lady) walked out. She seemed nervous. In my best Italian (which is not perfect but goes along) i explained the situation. She, in a very rude manner, told me to go up and she would tell her husband to go to my room check the situation. He came in and said the air conditioning was working and that I should leave it on for a while so the air would cool down. I explained that I did it for 3 hours and he agreed with me that the air in the room was way hotter than outside. He replied "then it is what it is. There is nothing i can do". His wife (the lady downstairs) started yelling. I yelled back and closed the door. She then knocked on my door and started threatening me that she would call the police (like I did something). I told her to do it and had to open th3 window, which allowed a massive amount of mosquitos in the room. Took us hours to get to sleep. We over slept next day for obvious reasons and ended up missing breakfast which was included in the reservation. My wife asked me to go downstairs and ask for a cup of coffee. I went down and very politely asked for a cup of coffee. The lady started yelling at me asking me if I didnt see the sign saying the breakfast hours. I replied again politely saying that we over slept and wasnt even complaing. At that point I just wanted a coffee. She gave me the coffee and I went upstairs. I was on vacation time and made the decision to leave the hotel even though I had pre paid for the accomodation and had another night there. I didnt want all that bad energy towards me and my wife. I rwally expect to receive my money back. All my life i have never been treated like this in any place I ever went. It was outrageous and unaceptable.

Carlos and Maria are lovely welcoming hosts. The breakfast they provided was exceptional and the rooms were always cleaned to the highest quality. The garden is one of the best kept gardens we have ever seen and the pool is also lovely!

Carlo and Monica were lovely hosts from the moment we booked. The location I rated 10 because we knew it was set back a little bit when we booked - we were after a bit more quiet and the view over the grounds and out was beautiful. Short 8min drive into town. The room itself was big and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was lovely with Monica and Carlo onsite ensuring everyone is happy with their spread. Note the photos included were from when we were leaving (not how it looked when we arrived, which was the beds all made, windows open etc.).

An extra mirror in the room would be very helpful so one person can shower and the other get ready.

The location was just perfect for when wanting to tour the Cinque Terra, very close but also located in a quite and beautiful spot. Carlo and Monica were just the best hosts! The place was clean and breakfast exceptional.

You can get some noise from the other rooms at times, but not that big of a deal

It was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and very close to lovanto and trains to cinque terra. The owners were absolutely amazing. Carlo attended to our every need and his wife took care of us at breakfast. We will return and stay with them again.

Absolutely nothing. All was great

We had an outstanding stay! The property is an easy 2-3 mile drive outside of town, tucked into the scenic hills that this area is known for. We were in the cool season so didn't spend much time outside but the property is really like a little resort with a swimming pool and variety of outdoor sitting areas from which to enjoy the fabulous views. The room was clean and modern with it's own convenient entry door. One bonus feature is the upon check-in, each guest is given a town parking pass for the duration of their visit. This eliminated the trouble of fussing with meters and really make access to the lively town of Levanto easy and enjoyable. The proprietors were friendly and super helpful with directions and recommendations. And their breakfast was nicely presented and comprehensive. A special bonus was the proprietors' home-baked pastries which were a real treat. If you stay in Levanto, in addition to the visiting the Cinque Terre you'll want to walk north on the converted rail-to-bike trail, to the next village of Bonassola. It's a really easy and fun 30 minute walk, partly through old railway tunnels. As you emerge from the last tunnel before town, you'll see a nice hiking trail along the water. I show a few pictures from the walk (not the one of surfing in Lavento).

Turning the car around in the parking area was somewhat awkward but ultimately not a big deal. Otherwise, everything great.

Location, facility, breakfast, the owners are incredible. Everything so clean and well organised. Highly recommend. Close to Levante city center and train station, the owners gives a parking ticket for free parking in Levanto.

Spare bed could be more comfortable

Wonderful place. Clean, good repair, spacious bathroom, excellent breakfasts, beautiful and comfortable place to relax outside with beautiful views. Parking for cars. Very friendly hosts. We were very pleased.

Not very good soundproofing. You can hear your neighbors from the next room.
