One of the best hotels we've stayed in! Such a lovely atmosphere, wonderful location on a small street right in the old center of Polignano and overlooking the sea. The best breakfast we had so far! Very fresh italian products (different cheeses and meat cuts), very tasty fruits and bakery products. The staff was lovely and at the end of our staying we'd wish we stayed much more. We will come back!

There were a lot of steps up to our room which we were not aware of

This was a lovely property in a great location with a delightful breakfast included from the rooftop which had lovely ocean views. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The size of the room was way smaller than we expected and the noise from the room above was very intrusive during the night. The bathroom was particularly small and we had to go sideways to get into the shower past the toilet

The location was awesome! The decor was super cute and we loved the breakfast on the roof terrace. Susanna was super helpful!

We were well aware that there would be steep stairs because of the other reviews, so we were prepared and were fine with them.

Very good location in the old city center, very good breakfast, helpful staff. It is smaller which is normal for Polignano. Parking is best and free of charge by the railway station. You have a few other options but you pay quite a lot, no security and same walking distance. Many stores and restaurants around.

It was great, just the stairs to rooms are steep so not suitable for old people.

No complaints at all , few steps up to the rooms so need to be aware of your not fit and healthy

We liked the location of place, in the old town where everything is nearby. The breakfast with the view is perfect.

Our room (Verde) was very charming and comfortable. The check-in and out process was easy. Breakfast was nice and the service was always excellent. The location is fantastic!!

The location was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. We also loved the balcony overlooking the water for relaxing in the afternoon. The staff were amazing! They helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations as well as with booking a taxi to another town.

It wasn't a problem for us, but important to know that the stairs you need to go up and down are extremely narrow and steep. Carrying luggage was a challenge and getting up and down could be difficult for less able-bodied people

Location was superb ..an experience in itself. Breakfast on the roof terrace with amazing sea views. But Susanna made our stay wonderful .. so friendly and helpful, like family! Gratzi

Great healthy breakfast with a fantastic outlook over the ocean . Also catered for coeliac's.

This little gem was ideal for our two nights. The staff were friendly and helpful in organising transfers and boat trip.
