The toilet didn't flush well, some cutlery was dirty, there was no kettle and the soap holder in the shower was dirty.

The location was great, walking distance to the main train/bus stations (3-5 min). We didn't have breakfast there. The place is equipped with full kitchen but we didn't use any as we were going out all day. The rooms were very basic but clean and spacious, the balcony was facing the street and had a nice view,

The bath/toilet is not attached in the room. The place has no lift and you have to climb 3 floors with your baggage. No separate electric kettle/hair dryer in your room, but you need to share it with others in the stay.

Bathrooms need updating.

Location was good , but it was very difficult to find it because we got there at night time. No big signs on the door. Once we did found the place we fallowed the instructions and someone came to meet us promptly. Check in process very easy . The property was 5 min walk from train station, from where you can get to Venice with 1.5 euro one way. Trains run from 15-15 minutes . Very convenient. We choose a room with 2 beds and balcony with a private bathroom outside . The room was very clean and was recently remodeled. Looks much better than the pics on website. Furniture was new, bed very comfortable and clean . Bathroom was clean but need updating. We didn’t used the balcony , nothing to really see, so the option with bathroom in the room would be better . For the money we paid I highly recommend the property and we will definitely come back.

The neighbourhood isn’t the best, one night we heard ce a fight involving the police and an ambulance. We don’t recommend staying around late at night. Also the bathroom is shared and not thoroughly cleaned. And people tend to leave a mess after using the shower.

The staff was really nice, we had a room with a nice view. The room was clean and fairly comfortable with enough storage space for luggage. It is also close to the bus and train station that leads to Venice. Free wifi.

Third floor access with no elevator can be a challenge for older tourists along with multiple locked doors and keys. No English channels on the TV. You get what you paid for.

Location, close to Mestre railway and bus station enabled us to access the no 2 bus to Venice island and the airport bus at an affordable rate. The room was basic but clean with a good airconditioner.

According to the price, the accomodation was perfect! You stay near the station, that means that there are several kinds of people in the streets at night. It is that way in every country.

We stayed with a group of 10 students. There was no breakfast, but we hired also the appartment where we could eat with 6 or 7 at a time. The first evening we arrived late and the owner offered all of us apples, croissants, bread, juice, ... There are also several places within 100m where you can go and have breakfast. There are a lot of places where you can go for dinner as well. There is also a supermarket nearby. When we were leaving, the owner was so friendly that we could leave all our luggage at the B&B. He and his staff were really friendly. The B&B is near a busstop to Venice (100m) and near the trainstation. Clean sheets and when something is not ok, just call and the owner and his staff immediately is there to help :-) For our group, it was a good place to stay!
